Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mercure. It’s very easy to get to, whilst being quiet and away from the traffic and main shopping street chaos. Some lovely staff, but front desk are not very helpful and their English is limited, and several times cleaners were still doing rooms at 5pm when we returned from long days out. Not ideal. Breakfast is great though, the pool is lovely, spa is divine and the tour office guy is super helpful with excursions etc.

+Stayed in the Hideaway Suite, spacious room, large room, next to the beach, with a pool in front of the room. And the bathroom is very wide. There is also a Jacuzzi tub. Entering the room for the first time, I was impressed that the room was wider than expected. Go and stay comfortably as a family. Or suitable for newly married couples Overall it was considered beyond expectations, very good, worth the money spent. - But there is a problem with the floor of the room using plywood. It is swollen and may get wet because people have to play in wet sea water to walk in the room. It would be better to change to thick wood or parquet. + Complete facilities, very good for this room - Excellent service But check out is a little late. I understand that there are many customers during the festival. -The food is delicious, but there may be a few options for a hotel of this level. It would be nice to have some grilled meat, noodles, and Chinese food. - Private beach But there are a lot of rocks. Not suitable for playing in the water So I went rowing with a support board instead. (Probably free to play for Suite and Family level rooms) -Around the hotel area, in front of the beach, grass is overgrown. Should be managed to make it cleaner and look better. It will help the hotel look better. +There is a cafe by the sea In the evening, sit and chill. drink a drink Very relaxing

No one helping on arrival, check in process. “accor all” members are just not acknowledge here, unattended accor desk. We had a worst pool access room with the most disturbing location from other zone guests, got nick at toe from the broken tile of the pool. The water ran out nearly half day on the 2nd day, had almost 2-3 meal a day during our stay but the food is so small portion (pork chop was like a children plate) can’t barely enough, service at the restaurant is good. Didn’t take lunch on our last day because we got late check out only at 1pm (with platinum status) from the front lady, so we decided to leave at noon and found all the mess at the checkout process. Have to wait like forever with unmanaged queue and i got cut the line, just like only trainee at work and no problem management at all, double waiting time for the wrong tax receipt information, (headed?) Front staff lady just do a constantly heavy sigh to her every customers (thais) to every question she got with temper, it’s just a disaster.
