i have been in many hotels, but i have special experience in sofitel macau at ponte 16,room is good distinct culture,anf wonderful staff..special mention to eduardo for his very transparent character,we know that you support planet21,im not expecting cold water with ice and cover with cup,,salute 9/10

Our Mansion Tower stay is good and comfortable with panoramic view and in room jacuzzi. Breakfast , afternoon tea and cocktail are provided. Special thanks for all staff in Club Millesime especially Kyle, Catherine, Doris, Victor and Melsan. They are so nice and helpful. My family will come back again.

Great room quality. Since the price was more affordable compare to taipa area, I didnt expect much. However room condition is much better than the ones on the island. Also club lounge service was great thanks to ann and victor. I will definitely come back. I hope some meaty menu is added furthermore in the happy hour.

Thank you sofitel macau for the wonderful experience!!! Rocky, kel, jade, and renz are so helpful at the lobby and very informative in providing directions everywhere. Rosell from the fitness center was also helpful for my workout and swimming pool use.
