Luke warm water for shower on Monday night was disappointing given that we are now into Autumn weather.

Having checked the Duty Log, I can find no notice of the issue in your room with the hot water- which is most unfortunate. I have logged your room with Maintenance to have the water temperature checked out - thank you for brining this to our attention. Had we been made aware of this we could have remedied the situation and I'm so sorry you had problems Mary. I also checked your reservation as I was concerned that you didn't receive the room type that you booked and I can see that indeed a twin room was confirmed by the agent that made the booking. Mary, it's always disappointing for us when our guests are underwhelmed and we hope that this hasn't deterred you from visiting us again.
