The hotel was very clean in the rooms , canteen and most of the spaces. The staff was very helpufull and never turned me down when I had a request. Especially Rashid managed to fulfill all of my families reqests, as a waiter. I have nothing to reproach on the service provided by the hotel staff.

Generally good hotel on lovely beach a short distance away from the old town.

Stayed for two nights as the final destination on a group Grand Tour of Tunisia. Room was excellent but the layout of the hotel meant you took an elevator from reception (3rd floor) to 4th floor then walked along a long corridor to another elevator for the 2nd floor where our rooms were located. Nice spacious room with balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. To get to the buffet style restaurant you have to return to reception and then take a third elevator to the first floor. Staff are friendly ex except for those in the restaurant who were actually quite rude and unhelpful Service to obtain drinks was very slow. The small private beaches gorgeous with the softest sand I have ever experienced. Overall not a bad choice for staying in Sousse.

The hotel is very luxurious and all the services are at high quality standards! I appreciate very much the people from Conciergerie especially mr. Chokri which has good manners, helps you and has a very elevate language! A very good person! Also Kholoud from cleaning is very professional and everyday she cleaned our room, is very nice and she knows always what we need for our room! Also the nice guy, Wallid, from the swimming pool and beach is very fast and so polite with all people! It is one of the guys who has patience with you no matter what! Always on the run in the sun and delivers fast! The hotel has many facilities, very nice exterior and interior swimming pool with jacuzzi, the private beach is so cool, you have free seats everyday and the food is top! Always fresh food and even on the beach you can have fresh orange/strawberry juice, not with syrup! I highly recommend Movenpick from Sousse!!!

Right at the end of a ten days stay. Really lovely place. We stayed in room 7052 and it was cleaned quickly and efficiently each day. Beds really comfortable. Beach area kept clean and beach bar staff helpful and friendly. Lunch time pizza man a bit grumpy lol but lovely pizzas. Mahmood the bar man really kind and polite. Chokri the concierge really helpful nothing too much trouble. Bar staff in the hotel very helpful and remembered our orders easily. Would have been a 5 out of 5 but the buffet restaurant is chaotic, tables not turned around very quickly. Not enough staff to cope. Most mornings had breakfast in reception area where there is a smaller selection but always tables and great service. Also worth noting, security on entering the hotel is excellent. We plan to be back next year 😀

This Hotel does not deserve 1 star. Bad Mangement Dirty Beds Bad service No maintenance No entertainment Disrespect and others .... my advise, don't go there and loose your money for nothing. I am so angry and disapointed with the experience at this hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Movenpick you should be ashamed. The Movenpick Hotel is renowned worldwide for its high standards.
