Delightful Experience for a Kid Fiendly establishment

For the cost of a regular hotel room I was gratefully upgraded to a fab apartment .. own laundry spa and a seriously amazing breakfast .. world class service and thankyou for acknowledging my Accor status enjoyed wine ♡ noticed another 10 VIPs .. lovely

Room not clean on arrival. Poor and unclear information on dining information and parking from reception on checking in. Room service options are so limited and again availability was not clear. Breakfast staff borderline rude. Really average and would certainly not recommend. Staff and facilities need a complete overhaul. Overall a very average experience.

We made a booking for a room with a spa and plunge pool for our wedding anniversary for 2 nights . When we arrived they had tried to put us in a normal room without the plunge pool. As they said that’s what we had on our booking. I had to show them the confirmation email with the price we had paid and confirming the pool type . The staff member was so rude and stated there is nothing I can do we are booked out and you did this on line . He offered no resolution and no care factor that we were at a loss on the room type . I’m still trying to chase them for a refund

Our front entry door was jamming and rusted out, the bathrooms where outdated and in need of renovation. We had 2 rooms but they where shared by a main foyer which was weird but other than that it was OK, I don't think it was worth the 850 a night though.

Thank you for for leaving this feedback for our management team. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your time away. We hope for the opportunity to welcome you back for a better than just average stay sometime.

Looks great on paper and that's all.

Staff not friendly or welcoming. Definitely not helpful. Not notified till after checking in that 2 days of our stay there would be no water. Not even for the toilet. So you could not even stay somewhere else . Many guests angry about it. Not even offered water to drink.Ordered food that was bought to our table. Still waiting for the staff to bring my knife. Food at buffet breakfast certainly would not pass the temperature test. Couldn't get a pool towel without waiting for a long period. Asked for toilet paper. Still waiting ended up using tissues and to top it off on our last day NO HOT Water to shower. WORST ACCOR HOTEL EVER
