Had a great stay at Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery! Big shoutout to Duong at the pool, who was super attentive. He helped with the whirlpool and was always there with fresh towels—awesome service! I also had the pleasure of being served by Thu at the restaurant. She was friendly and attentive, making my dining experience enjoyable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

It was one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in. The decor was very different and felt like I was transported to another era. The spa was out of this world. Lovely ambience, absolutely clean sheets and lovely therapists. Trinh the receptionist was very friendly and Luyen and May were really good therapists.

It is a very elegant-looking hotel. All of the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The price is good for the things you can access, the excellent breakfast and the view is definitely worth the price. Very recommended to other travelers.

I cannot sleep well at five star hotel in sapa

I stay 2 days in this hotel, in front of the hotel there was construction until midnight. So noisy i cant not sleep every night …. Why the receptionist choose an uncomfortable room for me? So i cant enjoy my trip in this hotel i am very dissapointed 😭😭😭😭😭

Hotel is absolutley beautiful and staff very friendly. The restaurant and bar are excellent. The pool is amazing. Views excellent and entire hotel area is very clean. Only thing I would nitpick is that there is no furniture on the balcony and only one seat inside the room.
