Was there for a nite. Bed was comfortable, staff was nice. When they knew that I had a kid with me, they sent to my room, a set of children bathrobe and slipper, as well as toothpaste and toothbrush for her. Swimming pool was reasonable size. Overall was good.

Great option, however no adults only pool

We stayed here for 3 nights for a relaxing layover on our way back to NZ from Europe. Our suite, the executive lounge and all staff were lovely. One recommendation would be to allocate one of the pools as adults only. Not a very relaxing time by the pool with so many noisy and out of control children. If you’re adults traveling without children and want some relaxing pool time, I would not recommend this hotel. Otherwise a great option.

We stayed at Fairmont Singapore for three nights and we absolutely enjoyed it. The hotel is well located, close to the harbour and shopping centre. We booked the harbour view room and the view from the room is amazing. My little one was so excited that he can see pretty much every landmarks in the Harbour from our room. Services were top notch and the welcome snacks were very thoughtful. Will be back to Singapore in couple of months time for another holiday and we definitely will stay at Fairmont again.

We arrived late at the hotel and our Bellman Mukviz was there in the middle of the night and met us with a smile and made our check in process simple and quick. He got our bags to our room and brief us on everything we needed to know about our room. He continued to see us in the lobby and arranged transportation and make recommendations on things we should see. I would recommend staying here anytime your in Singapore! Thank you, Mukviz for help make our stay special!

It was an amazing stay with a lovely upgrade with great view of Marine Bay & the flyer. Facilities are fantastic and room service was prompt. . The only complain was that when my family was visiting Entidote for our Accor complimentary drinks (were there a little early before the opening time), the staff & manager saw us waiting (the manager walked infront of us) and completely ignored us. We were just wanting to browse the drinks menu prior as the place only opened in 10minutes. It will be appreciated if they acknowledged us and informed us/understand why we were waiting there. I wasn’t expecting such cold attitude from a 5-star hotel restaurant. This unfortunately affects the whole experience from a great to average
