5.0 rating. Not for facility - for management. We are family 2 adults and 4 y.o. kid. Food is decent and wide range of selection. Beach is steep. So 5 star is not about facility - it’s about management who resolved our issues and problems. Osama Sharaf - chief front manager resolved our questions and issues as professional and kind person. Listening to root cause and finding best solutions. Spending for 1-1 talks and providing investigations. Resolving adhoc requests and non standard asks. When reception fails or managers - Osama was the first person to resolve the situation. Appreciate person treatment. Pools for kids and adults , training area , spa , sea is supervised by professional rescuers. Hotel is fresh and daily cleaning. Sashin - food department manager - best person - main saying -“ feed kids first”. Sachin was challenging waiters and bartenders to serve people and was doing work by himself as manager. So as owner of another hotel declare that “ people matter “ here. Ali - waiter - serving at his best. Managing team and felling responsible for happiness

Hotel was lovely and clean but was badly let down by the lack of choice in food ,and what was on offer was usually cold. Lack of activities for adults and children during our stay was non existent Pool bar and lifeguard staff were friendly and helpful.

Had the best time here the pool guy Dexter is so lovely every morning had my bed ready & bucket of ice water there for me he is a beautiful person 😊 & all the pool bar staff at the pool lifeguards are so friendly this place can’t do enough to help you & special thank you to Mario the manager for making my last 2 weeks the best time xx only fault is there is nothing in the evening to do no entertainment 😧 & nothing for children my grandchildren were there for 2 weeks in September absolutely nothing for there ages 9 , 11 , 16 😢 but over all staff beautiful love them all xxxx would go back

Nice hotel, but not quite achieving 5* standards

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Spacious, well equipped, clean suite with amazing sea view. Friendly, hardworking staff. We had an issue over our food allowance which was sorted quickly by Mayada who followed up with us to ensure we hadn’t had any further issues. Hotel provides a free shuttle bus which is a useful way to get out and about. The hotel doesn’t provide a true all inclusive package as drinks aren’t available in all bars (XOLO and Spectrum Lobby Lounge) and AI meals are only available in the Spectrum restaurant although you have an allowance which varies from tour operator to tour operator, which can be used unlimitedly in the other three restaurants. There is a good choice of food in all restaurants, we chose to eat in the a la carte restaurants most days as preferred them to the buffet restaurant. The only real negative about this hotel is the lack of sun-bed policy and the issuing of pool towels. There are plenty of sun-beds available, however pool towels are issued freely with no limitations on number given out which means guests reserve beds both on the beach and at the pool, sometimes reserving them in the morning but not actually using them until late afternoon thus causing a shortage of beds for other guests arriving throughout the day. Several guests told us that they’d ‘tipped’ the pool staff to reserve them a sun-bed first thing in the morning whether they were going to use it or not. We saw a number of occasions where guests had checked out but their usual sun-bed had still been reserved by pool staff. When we pointed this practice out to the management team they denied having knowledge of this but everyone else was aware of it! A few tweaks which would make this a true 5 star hotel: Replace the reusable glasses at the pool bar as the current ones have seen better days Replace the paper cups in the rooms and suites with china cups and glasses Some low key evening entertainment as there is currently none Unified/consistent dress code in the restaurants (pool shorts and flip-flops are not appropriate attire in the evening) Overall we had a lovely holiday. Would we return? Probably not.
