Fresh newlyweds came from Turtle bay which was amazing to Fairmont. We didn’t think it would live up to expectations but we were wrong ! Place is immaculate! Great service and nicest people on the island of Maui. Huge shoutout to Nick the bartender at pool bar. Makes everyone feel like a local and personally seen him go above and beyond in more than one occasion. Little girl cut her chin in the pool and before her father even noticed he had a bag of ice ready to go for her. Some employees put on a face like they care but this man truly cares for not only his job but also people in general .. great job Fairmont for employing great people and hosting a great honeymoon ! We will for sure be coming back!

We had a wonderful trip to Maui. It was our first stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani and we found it to be very, very nice. The accommodations were wonderful, the staff was amazing and helpful in all ways. Our view was so gorgeous that we really did not want to leave the room.

Wow is the first word that comes to mind… this resort is special and deserves to be recognized. The setting is idyllic and puts a permanent smile on your face, it is simply beautiful. We upgraded to a corner suite and could not have been happier, it was as if we were coming home every night beautiful suite…The pools are great, the Spa may have been the best massage I have ever had and the breakfast buffet is the best in the world… BUT, the best is the people… I am not sure how they do it but the culture is amazing and impressive… the can do, “what can I do for you” and “how can I be in service to you to make your stay even better” was the pervasive attitude and it was all around you… Be prepared for the bill but it is worth every cent…This is one of the most special resorts I have stayed at and if you are looking for luxury, amazing service and made to feel incredible welcome, go stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani… you will be glad you did.

i was on property Tuesday via Resort Pass to spend the day by the ocean and pool. My daughter who works in the boutique frequently mentions how the team at Fairmont embodies the Aloha spirit. I had an opportunity to experience that from beginning to end of my day at the Fairmont pool. It was easy to check in, great instructions, and guided to the beach where I started my day. Levy set me up with a chair, umbrella and fun conversation. Later I moved up to the pool , when I inquired about towels Narci took care of me, walked me to the pool with swim up bar and found a chair with an umbrella . I ordered lunch and refreshments ( unfortunately I didn’t take note of his name ). The server was polite and attentive . The salad and Mai tai was perfect. When I was ready to end my day, I packed up and went to the boutique to meet my daughter. It wasn’t until I was completing a purchase that I noticed I’d left my phone behind . It also doubles as my wallet . As I left the store to go back to the pool I ran into Narci. He had recalled my daughter worked in the boutique and was bringing the phone to her to give to me. I’m sure it would have been easier to turn it in to security. I was so impressed by his attentiveness and going the extra mile . The next day when I went to thank him I met Tali. The pool crew was finishing up for the day. It was clear no one was done unless everyone was done.I know teams like this don’t happen by accident . I commends the staff and leadership at the Fairmont especially Narci, Tali, And Levy for spreading the Aloha spirit at the

Best Hotel ever ! Aloha is everything and Fairmont delivers a great experience. We will definitely stay with them again while on Maui Hawaii. It is the details that sum up the experience and Ke Alani Fairmont delivers a great experience in customer service. Mahalo.
