Excellent stay at the Hamilton Princess!

We were looking forward to our trip in Bermuda and had high expectations both as someone who had been there many years ago and one of us who had never been. From the time we go out of our taxi, we were treated as old time friends. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. Even when we were walking about Hamilton, we would see staff members who would warmly greet us. I cannot stay enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Our room was very nice - clean and had all the amenities you would want. As a product junkie I was impressed by the LaLabo toiletries in our room as well. All the meals we had were excellent. Breakfast was great and I really enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge. I miss the scones! The grounds were so lovely - we enjoyed just walking on the property and all the artwork is truly fascinating and is something that should not be missed. It's an impressive collection and really added to our enjoyment on the property. We also did manage to enjoy the pool and hot tub and having towels AND sunscreen poolside really is a great detail and touch. We did not manage to get to the beach club or dine at the Intrepid but know this is a must on our next trip! We are already looking forward to our next stay and think that if you want to stay at a hotel where you are able to relax and unwind but also be able to walk out to the city, this is hands down, a great place. Thank you! We are grateful for such an amazing time!

Amazing time in Bermuda

Our family loved our trip to Bermuda and staying at Hamilton Princess! The hotel staff provided fantastic service throughout our stay and went out of their way to help when our son fell and hurt himself on the first night. We think the high level of service was the best part of the resort. We loved the personal experience of the Gold Lounge. Great location - walking distance to the town of Hamilton with lots to do. Pools and Beach club were so nice! Several upscale restaurants were on site, and we had a very nice dinner at Intrepid. The hotel is nicely updated with a large outdoor area to watch boats, hang out, and let the kids play. Only a few (minor) items for feedback: 1. more chairs/lounging options closer to the marina. They were always full, and there was lots of room for more seating. 2. Very crammed shuttles going to beach club. 3. Warmer water in the infinity pool (it was chilly!). 4. The Internet had connectivity issues for most of our trip. Other than those items, we absolutely loved our stay and would love to return someday! Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special!

Our stay at the Hamilton Princess was exceptional. The property is stunning, with beautiful views and luxurious amenities. The highlight of our experience, though, was the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Rolly in the Gold Club. He embodies true white-glove service, making every guest feel valued and cared for. Rolly remembered our preferences, anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His warmth, attentiveness, and ability to build genuine connections with guests truly make him the heart and soul of this property. Rolly is a gem – he deserves a raise!

The Crown and Anchor was great. Grvenard was a wonderful waiter. The weather outside was great where we sat and the service was impeccable and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting the Hamilton Princess Hotel.

Exceptional Service by Arezki at the infinity pool

Our stay at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club was incredible, but what made it truly unforgettable was our experience at the Spa and Infinity pool, thanks to the exceptional service from Arezki. He made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The Cabana at the Infinity pool, overlooking the marina, is breathtaking, especially at sunset—truly a highlight of the resort. Even at 1609, where he wasn’t our server, Arezki came by to check on us, which was so thoughtful and touching. His warm hospitality made our experience extraordinary. Highly recommend asking for him when you visit!
