Novotel is such a fantastic hotel. We visited last year and this year again. It's a place that I will never forget with my family. Fighting, Phu Quoc Novotel 노보텔은 정말 환상적인 호텔입니다. 작년에도 방문했고 올해도 방문했으며 정말 가족들과 잊지 못할 추억을 남긴 곳입니다. 푸꾸옥 노보텔 화이팅. 내년에도 다시오고 싶습니다^^

I stayed for 03 nights and had great experiences Clean, and comfortable room Well check in - got efficient support for ALL member Great to have airport shuttle bus Good wifi around hotel - Hotel could implement more eco-friendly /paperless solutions Will come back for other trips

Novotel Phu Quoc Resort (room 300) +Clean room. +Big and good breakfast. +Air-condition, Refrigerator, Hair dryer, Safe box, (No iron in the room, can borrow from reception). +2 big swimming pools, free towels to borrow. +Near airport, 15min drive from airport. Grab cost around 5 USD, free shuttle bus if you want but starts at 7am. +Small night market across the street. -Beach had red flag, too windy to swim on the west coast, but 20min drive with Grab or Taxi to east coast there is a beach called 'Khem Beach' which is good for kids and is clean, no waves there. +/- 2 million dong in deposit, cash or card. Many koreans in this resort. Lunch or dinner buffet cost around 550.000. This is a resort, not much to do or see outside the hotel, the city center is 20min drive but not much to do there either. It's a good resort to rest with big swimming pools. Location is good as it's near airport and 20min drive to east coast or to city center. See my attached pictures.

Relaxing break in Phu Quoc

We took a break in Phu Quoc during our tour in Vietnam and we were completely surprised by the marvellous atmosphere of the place and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We particularly appreciated the service at the restaurant by Khanh and her team, very professional and friendly at the same time. They did everything they could to make us feel at home, which we really did.

Booked a 5 ⭐️ hotel just hoping to get quality service but was very disappointed in return. The receptionist is not nice, the housekeeping department collects all the old towels without leaving new towels, one bottle of water is exchanged and the other is not. Calling the receptionist to ask the housekeeping department to bring up water towels required calling twice. So where does service quality lie for a 5⭐️ hotel? Along the hallway, cold tap water leaked onto the floor. The hotel should reconsider. So disappointed with the thought of flying back from America.
