I had a great experience staying here! Just a small suggestion: if the packages could be a bit more transparent and easier to understand for tourists, it would be perfect. I booked a bunk bed and was slightly disappointed with the size – I thought it would be bigger. But honestly, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Breakfast was tasty, though I think adding some cakes or dessert options would make it even better. One last thing is about the return cable car – if there could be a dedicated lane for hotel guests, that would be ideal! Other than that, everything was great. I’ll definitely come back and stay for 2 nights next time to have more time to enjoy, especially since the place gets super crowded from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.

Ba Na Hills was a fun experience but you don't need to stay for long. We only stayed one night and that was enough. Going off-peak season, a lot of the rides and shops were closed. We managed to do everything in one day. The room was nice but it was in the middle of the theme park so there was some noise from the street. Also we struggled to find a place for dinner at 8:30pm as everything closed early. The streets were empty by around 8pm. It was extremely foggy when we arrived which was disappointing, but thankfully it cleared up around 7pm. We could hardly see the beautiful surroundings as the fog was so thick. The cable car up to the hotel was incredible, this was the highlight for me. It was higher and longer than we expected. I wanted to specifically mention Jerry, the member of staff who helped us with our bags. He was so positive and happy to help. His skills carrying 3 large suitcases down multiple escalators were impressive! He also escorted us all the way down and helped us to our airport taxi. Overall I thought the experience was good but it would be better in peak season (although it was nice not having to wait in line for rides etc.) the breakfast buffet was fantastic. If you love theme parks you will enjoy this stay, but more than 2 nights is unnecessary and just know about the fog before you go - it got cold up in the mountains too!

Good place to chill, the bedroom and bathroom is very neat and tidy and I like the tall ceiling, and for people who likes fog, it's the best place very very very very good the best of the talles of the hotel of the mountain under the sky and heavens

It ‘s fastastic for us and the Banahills is beautiful city , have many activity for join I think everyone must to go for see them , I suggest 💛 , Helen staff is very nice and good service for me and my family she smile and inform anything for me I expect you keep it for everyone

Staffs are friendly. shower water too small and need to wait for awhile for hot water Very weak sound proof, we woke up by next door kids crying sound at 5am to 5.30am. And easily heard next door sound when they moving chairs. Very affect our sleeping quality.
