Restaurant had a wide range of food for everyone’s choices. Had a gluten free diner and she was well catered for. Adi Sujaya was our server and was a great host. Kids were happy with their meal. Spicy was just right for those that aren’t used to spice!

DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT NEAR A 5 STAR HOTEL! STAY ELSEWHERE!

*Upon arrival at night, we had to find our own way to our room in the dark, we wondered around for about 15 min. *the room was tidy however the floor, walls, furnishings and linen dirty and stained (we asked a couple times for our bedding to be changed due to staining on the 'clean' sheets. we needed to ring several times as the cleaning staff continually forgot to leave fresh towels. *breakfast buffet had very poor choices and options available, not enough western style options. *we had 2 x themed nights in our package and these were absolutely disgusting and food hygiene or their attempt is absolutely pathetic. *staff training is required regarding 'trip a deal' holiday packages as every staff member had a different opinion on how the vouchers could be claimed for our daily drinks and themed dinners. *to really top off a disappointing stay at the Pullman Bali my husband and i had the middle eastern buffet on our last night there prior to transport pickup, after eating the roast chicken and swallowing what we had in our mouth we realised that the chicken in actual fact was not cooked properly, very pink and raw. My husband and i have been extremely unwell with vomiting and diarrhoea since, becoming very unwell on our plane trip home (what a coincidence!). we travelled with another couple who ate everything we did until the last night and meal. *Pullman Bali is so far from being a '5' star hotel they advertise themselves as, it would not even be a '3' star hotel in Australia. *staff were polite however very superficial at times, certainly not what we are used to at other properties. *the extra charge of $160 for 6 hours for late checkout was an absolute joke! (1200-1800hrs). We travel to Bali several times a year and we will never stay at a Pullman Bali Hotel again. We will be telling everyone we know about our poor experience and encouraging them to stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed another beautiful relaxing holiday at Pullman and customer service was excellent, as always. Front office staff gave us a lovely room close to the lift and pool and check in and checkout were seamless. Restaurant service was exceptional and Lina, Nova and Mikva were fantastic with the star being Seni who is always efficient and friendly. After a minor illness I must also congratulate the nurse on duty and very knowledgeable Dr. How wonderful to hear from staff that Pullman Bali Legian Hotel looked after them during covid lockdowns. I look forward to returning to Pullman Bali Legian and can highly recommend this hotel.

We are currently staying at the Pullman. We had a little hiccup at the start of our visit. The amount of care and effort the staff has gone to to ensure our stay has been special after our initial small problem has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff here at the Pullman are all the most beautiful people (especially Rio, the coffee man at breakfast) and I would like to thank all of them for making our stay perfect.

What a lovely hotel close to the beach. Our experience with the staff was great and a big applause for Indah and Depa who both did there absolute best to make our stay the perfect one. The room was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We are coming back 😊
