Regarding the wine, please accept our assurances that there is never an intention to deceive our valued guests, we view this as a misunderstanding and are already reviewing our setup to prevent future confusion. We also take note of your comments regarding room cleaning and the room arrangement. We understand that you had reserved a double bed but were allocated a room with two separate beds. While room allocation is subject to availability, we recognize that the bed configuration should ideally correspond to the reservation request, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Your comments regarding the condition of some rooms, particularly the doors, are also noted. We are glad to share that we have a strong maintenance plan to keep our rooms fresh and up to high standards we are looking to provide to our guests additionally a complete remodeling plans are in progress. Regarding your suggestion for an additional swimming pool, we appreciate the idea. Our resort has a deliberately peaceful layout, and the available pool areas are designed around the existing facilities. Nevertheless, we understand your concern about limited space around the pool during busier periods and will keep your suggestion in mind. We are also sorry to hear that you found the evening entertainment disappointing. Our entertainment programme is designed to offer a relaxed selection of activities and shows, but we recognize that the current programme may not appeal to every guest.
