Zatrzymaliśmy się w hotelu Rixos Premium El Alamein od 28 sierpnia na tydzień. Wcześniej byliśmy w Rixos w Belek w Turcji oraz dwukrotnie w Rixos w Sharm El Sheikh w Egipcie. Wybraliśmy ten hotel, ponieważ marka Rixos nigdy wcześniej nas nie zawiodła. Niestety tym razem okazało się to rozczarowaniem. Problemem nie jest wyposażenie pokoi — to obsługa, zarówno na plaży, jak i w restauracjach. Żeby zająć miejsce na plaży, trzeba wstać wcześnie, być tam około 7 rano i zająć leżak. W restauracji, jeśli poprosisz o nóż czy widelec — nie mówiąc już o kieliszku wina — kelner przynosi to dopiero po 30 minutach i dwóch przypomnieniach. Wygląda na to, że gości jest ogromna liczba, a personelu hotelowego stanowczo za mało, a ten, który jest, wydaje się słabo wyszkolony. Siedzisz w Piano Barze przy drinku i co się dzieje? Czuć zapach ryby dochodzący z restauracji. Kilka przyjemnych odświeżaczy powietrza bardzo by pomogło, ale najwyraźniej nikt o tym nie pomyślał. To nie jest hotel Premium ani pięciogwiazdkowy. To rozległy kompleks, który nie spełnia standardów marki Rixos.

Sieć Rixos znam od dawna. Spałem w Hotelach Rixos w Kemer, w Sharm el Sheikh, W Ras al Khajma i w Dubrowniku. To był kolejny pobyt w Alalmein. Obiekt super, jedzenie bardzo dobre, pokoje czyste, komfortowe, lokalizacja bajeczna nad plażą przypominjącą Malediwy. Ale mój pobyt był inny niż zwykle w Rixos :) Serwis jest tragiczny, zamawiając czarną herbatę czy kawę do śniadania, zdążyłem już zjeść na sucho, w miedzy czasie ponawiałem zamówienie u 3 kolejnych kelnerów i na koniec pojawiał się 5 kolejny kelner, który po mojej reklamacji przynosił kawę, tylko ja piję kawę do śniadania, a nie po śniadaniu. Temat drinków to
Kolejna porażka :) Zamawiajac w barze na plazy Jack Daniels lub Chivas dostawałem takiego drinaka, ale w renomowanym Piano Bar dostawałem oszukane drinki. To nie był renomowany burobon ani whikey, tylko egipska podróbka rozlana do butelek po Chivas i Jack Daniels. Po reklamowaniu jakości alkoholu, barman twierdził, ze to oryginał, a to co polewał gosciom, bardziej przypominało rozpałkę do grilla z colą. Jestem rozczarowany serwisem i jakoscią alkoholi, to zwyczajne oszustwo w tak renomowanej sieci hoteli jak Rixos. Jestem właścicielem biura podróży i ten pobyt burzy moje zaufanie do marki Rixos i tym samym stawia pod znakiem zapytania naszą współpracę.

Pokoje standardowe małe ale nie spodziewałam się innych - natomiast brak lustra w przedpokoju, mały blat w łazience - dla zakwaterowanych dwóch kobiet - to bardzo duży minus. Mało wieszaków na ubrania.
Brudne krzesła na balkonie. Przy tej klasie hotelu i marce! - nie jest to do zaakceptowania.
Nie widzę problemu aby dodać opinię o hotelu czy obsłudze po powrocie i skorzystaniu z pobytu - ale osoby, które nachalnie podczas np. posiłków czy przy pobycie w barze proszą o opinię na google czy tripadvisor - nie zadając sobie nawet trudu zapytania od kiedy jestem w hotelu i czy w ogóle chcę dodać opinię... naciskają na zrobienie tej opinii bo muszą potem zrobić zdjęcie, że ją dodałam... bardzo nieprofesjonalne.
Ogólnie oceniam hotel dobrze ale jak mam go sprzedawać moim klientom to wiem, że to co napisałam z uwagami - nie będzie dla nich do zaakceptowania.

Sieć Rixos znam od dawna. Spałem w Hotelach Rixos w Kemer, w Sharm el Sheikh, W Ras al Khajma i w Dubrowniku. To był kolejny pobyt w Alalmein. Obiekt super, jedzenie bardzo dobre, pokoje czyste, komfortowe, lokalizacja bajeczna nad plażą przypominjącą Malediwy. Ale mój pobyt był inny niż zwykle w Rixos :) Serwis jest tragiczny, zamawiając czarną herbatę czy kawę do śniadania, zdążyłem już zjeść na sucho, w miedzy czasie ponawiałem zamówienie u 3 kolejnych kelnerów i na koniec pojawiał się 5 kolejny kelner, który po mojej reklamacji przynosił kawę, tylko ja piję kawę do śniadania, a nie po śniadaniu. Temat drinków to
Kolejna porażka :) Zamawiajac w barze na plazy Jack Daniels lub Chivas dostawałem takiego drinaka, ale w renomowanym Piano Bar dostawałem oszukane drinki. To nie był renomowany burobon ani whikey, tylko egipska podróbka rozlana do butelek po Chivas i Jack Daniels. Po reklamowaniu jakości alkoholu, barman twierdził, ze to oryginał, a to co polewał gosciom, bardziej przypominało rozpałkę do grilla z colą. Jestem rozczarowany serwisem i jakoscią alkoholi, to zwyczajne oszustwo w tak renomowanej sieci hoteli jak Rixos. Jestem właścicielem biura podróży i ten pobyt burzy moje zaufanie do marki Rixos i tym samym stawia pod znakiem zapytania naszą współpracę.

Pokoje standardowe małe ale nie spodziewałam się innych - natomiast brak lustra w przedpokoju, mały blat w łazience - dla zakwaterowanych dwóch kobiet - to bardzo duży minus. Mało wieszaków na ubrania.
Brudne krzesła na balkonie. Przy tej klasie hotelu i marce! - nie jest to do zaakceptowania.
Nie widzę problemu aby dodać opinię o hotelu czy obsłudze po powrocie i skorzystaniu z pobytu - ale osoby, które nachalnie podczas np. posiłków czy przy pobycie w barze proszą o opinię na google czy tripadvisor - nie zadając sobie nawet trudu zapytania od kiedy jestem w hotelu i czy w ogóle chcę dodać opinię... naciskają na zrobienie tej opinii bo muszą potem zrobić zdjęcie, że ją dodałam... bardzo nieprofesjonalne.
Ogólnie oceniam hotel dobrze ale jak mam go sprzedawać moim klientom to wiem, że to co napisałam z uwagami - nie będzie dla nich do zaakceptowania.

W hotelu byłam ponownie, pierwszy pobyt miał miejsce w czerwcu 2025 i uważam, że standard został bardzo poprawiony. Jedzenie było dużo lepsze i był większy wybór. Jeśli chodzi o drinki to są raczej w średniej jakości, warto na to zwrócić uwagę, ponieważ wiele drinków nie jest przygotowana w odpowiedni sposób. Pokoje były bardzo dobrze sprzątane, nie mam zastrzeżeń. Niestety przy większej ilości osób w barze na plaży obsługa nie nadążała. Ogólne wrażenie 8/10

W barze lobby między Tower1 a Tower2 barmani w godzinach wieczornych lali drinki w papierowe kubki mimo że dużo szklanek mieli za sobą. Obsługa była jakby pracowała tam za karę , o wszystko trzeba prosić i się upominać, Chcesz Jack Daniels mówią że nie mają i chcą lać tańsze trunki, dopiero jak im pokazałem że butelka Jack Daniels jest obok to z łaską nalali drinka. Chyba nie o to chodzi w sieci hoteli RIXOS. Do tej pory nie spotkałem się z taka obsługą. Sieć RIXOS to powinien być stempel fajnej jakości a nie serwis barmański żeby był do sieci przeciętnej Three Corners.

Pobyt w hotelu był wyjątkowo udany , przyjazd z www.coraltravel.pl -Synergia 2026. Już od momentu zameldowania można było poczuć wysoki standard obsługi i dbałość o każdy detal. Wnętrza eleganckie, zadbane i pokoje bardzo komfortowe z żelazkiem i deską do prasowania
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kuchnia – duży wybór świeżych i bardzo smacznych dań,
łosoś pyszny który na śniadanie bardzo szybko znikał. Plaża piękna !!!!
To miejsce, do którego zdecydowanie wrócę i jako właściciel biura podróży "Tropiciele Podróży" w Polsce będę polecać.
