Po 6 pobytach w hotelu chętnie podzielę się uwagami. Plusy: - piękny, nowoczesny hotel - super lokalizacja - przestronne, dobrze wyposażone pokoje - dobre jedzenie, ale oferta dość ograniczona jak na 5* hotel - super strefa basenowa i sauny - nowoczesna narciarnia Minusy: - bardzo słaby serwis, tylko pojedyncze osoby z obsługi wiedzą jak się zachować, a co gorsze, nie widać, żeby się sytuacja z czasem poprawiała Np. kelner Michal ze Snow Beer to kompletne nieporozumienie - nigdy nie powinien tu pracować z takim chamskim podejściem do klienta! - na basenie miejscami bardzo brzydki zapach, żeby nie powiedzieć smród - psuje to ogólne wrażenie strefy basenowej, która jest ogólnie spektakularna - brud wokól hotelu, przy roztopach tonie się w błocie - cleaning service bardzo często odbywa się po południu - w czasie kiedy się chce w pokoju odpocząć np. po nartach - brak placu zabaw dla dzieci - na śniadaniu nikt nie sadza gości, więc każdy siada jak chce i zdarza się, że jest problem ze znalezieniem miejsca dla 4-6 osób - brak strefy live cooking na śniadaniu

Hotel przepiękny, umiejscowienie doskonałe, cena wysoka i w tej cenie serwis powinien być zdecydowanie na wyższym poziomie. Przez dwa dni nie było serwisu sprzątającego, o dodatkową wodę musieliśmy prosić na recepcję. Generalnie obsługa mało reagująca i pomocna.

Piękne, wysmakowane i funkcjonalne wnętrza. Pokoje w pubkt, SPA i basen odpowiednio przygotowane dla małych i dużych. Jedzenie na sali śniadaniowej bez zarzutu, ale przydałaby się stacja livecookig z omletami i jajecznicą. Jedzenie i ceny w restauracji idealne! Z chęcią tu wrócę! 1 minus - klimatyzacja, z 2 na 4 zajmowanych przez nas pokoi, pomimo zmian ustawień, nie działała i grzała niemiłosiernie.

Hotel czysty, piękny, cudowne widoki, pyszne śniadania. Duży minus za bardzo zimną wodę w basenie oraz brak wewnętrznego placu zabaw dla dzieci.

Super hotel, piękne wnętrza i dobra obsługa. Dwa minusiki o 7 rano wiercenie w pokoju obok- można serwis naprawczy zrobić trochę później oraz zbity wyświetlacz sterownika toalety- to dawało odczucie braku higieny. ale te dwa minusiki nie wpływają na ocene - jest10!
