We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed our lounge service, as well as the wellness facilities such as the large public bath and sauna. It is always encouraging for our team to know that guests were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with us. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that the condition of the guest room and some of the facilities did not fully meet your expectations.
