L'hotel è favorevolmente posizionato a 15 minuti di passeggiata dal centro di Heraklion, con camere fronte mare. Stanza pulita e confortevole, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione discreta ma non da hotel 5*, così come per la mancanza del servizio couverture. Da segnalare che purtroppo il ristorante non fosse disponibile nei giorni 31/12 e 1/1.

Hotel di recente costruzione, un pò decentrato dal centro città ma situato fronte mare. Grande hall con bar al centro, salone accoglienza e reception con due addette molto professionali e gentili nel ricevere gli ospiti. Il parcheggio, gratuito, non si trova nella struttura ma a un centinaio di metri, è coperto e con degli spazi delimitati e riservati all'hotel. La camera di dimensioni generose è posizionata a nord, quindi fronte mare con una vista sull'isola prospicente la città; nonostante la strada costiera sottostante il rumore è ridotto al minimo grazie ad una buona insonorizzazione del fabbricato. La camera con un comodo letto di grandi dimensioni è dotata di ogni comfort, la tv comprende i principali canali internazionali, di cui tre italiani e il grande terrazzo fronte mare, interamente coperto, è dotato di poltroncine e tavolino. Il bagno comprende una zona lavabi aperta e due comparti chiusi per doccia e wc; ottima la qualità e la dotazione degli accessori. La colazione è servita nel mezzanino al di sopra della hall d'ingresso ma si può utilizzare tramite una scala laterale anche la terrazza vetrata posta a fianco del bar con vista sul mare; la qualità delle vivande è ottima come pure la varietà che predilige giustamente prodotti del territorio di indubbia freschezza.

L'hotel è molto bello e ben localizzato ma la zona piscina, pubblicizzata sul sito dell'hotel è sottodimensionata per la struttura. Non siamo riusciti a goderci la terrazza perchè piena, i posti sono pochissimi, del tutto insufficienti

Ho alloggiato in hotel con mia figlia, la struttura molto accogliente, pulita, con personale disponibile e molto gentile soprattutto le ragazze della reception. Le camere ben arredate, molto pulite, ho apprezzato la tavola da stiro con il ferro, se devo trovare un difetto manca uno stendino dove stendere asciugamani e costumi. La struttura è posizionata sul lungomare dove a pochi metri si trovano taverne e bar e distante dal centro 1.5km una bella passeggiata. L’unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di organizzare meglio la colazione (biscotti, fette biscottate, un dolce) per persone allergiche al glutine e ai latticini come me.
