We understand how concerning it must have been to find high‑voltage power lines so close to your room window, especially when traveling with children. Your comments regarding room placement, lack of luggage space, and the difficulty of managing your belongings across separate rooms are also very important to us. We are truly sorry that our staff did not provide the support or solutions you expected. We also regret that the location and distance from the station did not meet your needs during your visit.
