We just recently stayed at the hotel and the location is fantastic as a central location to venture off into wider Tokyo - 3min walk to above ground (Tamachi) and 7min walk to the underground (Mita) train stations. Most areas are within 30mins from these stations with a blend of short walking. Rooms are modern and big enough to be comfortable in as a home base. I would like to give a shout out to the three staff (2x Japanese females and 1x Australian male) from the Executive Lounge - very accomodating and service was exceptional! Also, we didn’t realise until the last day that there is a massive supermarket down the outdoor escalators which has everything from fresh food and supplies which is handy. There is also street of izakaya near Mita station for restaurant options.

A warm hospitality and feel like home.

I always feel at home, and Pullman Tokyo is absolutely my favorite hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast, facilities, and the hotel’s modern, stylish design are all sophisticated, but what I love most is the people. Especially Ms. Diamond, the Front Office Manager, her warm hospitality is truly world class. We once had a casual conversation about how much my 3 years old son loves trains. She remembered that conversation and thoughtfully assigned us a room with a train view just for him. Watching the trains from the window made him incredibly happy. Thank you so much for your consistently wonderful hospitality. I give Pullman Tokyo my highest recommendation!!!!

Location: Very quick walk to both JR trains and subway lines. The grocery store in the same plaza was very helpful. And, restaurants in the plaza made for easy meals when tired after a day of walking. 3 brands of convenience stores too. The only negative is you need to travel to get everywhere since there was nothing on our itinerary in walking distance. Bedroom: Plenty of room. Chargers on both sides of the bed. Great lighting. Bathroom: Sink didn’t drain very well. Bathroom was a bit tight with the bathroom door doubling as the door to the bidet. Shower: No problems with leaking shower! Rain shower was useless due to low pressure. All it did was get water in your eyes. The regular shower head was sufficient. Pros: Convenient to transportation and grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores in a business plaza. Cons: The room was dry despite humidifier, the toiletries were drying, the towels were starched and dehydrated the skin. Notice a theme? After nearly a week, it was pretty uncomfortable. Very minimal train and construction noise—but you could still hear it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi. It’s a chic hotel in a good location, very convenient to trains and Haneda airport. The room, a Deluxe Executive King room, was lovely, modern and spacious but Tokyo standards at 29m2. The Executive Lounge is on the small side but well designed and laid out so that it never felt crowded even when it was at capacity. The Executive Lounge manager, Kim, is an absolute delight and really made our stay feel special. Our 6 year old son liked her so much he drew her a picture on our last day. The breakfast at the restaurant is very nice with a varied buffet and several made to order options served to the table. Staff were lovely and we were pleasantly surprised that several spoke French. We will definitely stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi again when visiting Tokyo.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Japan. Whilst it is a nice hotel I am not sure it was any better than some of the cheaper places we stayed. There is nothing really special about the place and the rooms are not huge. It is located in an interesting area, not that touristy, which is nice. It is next to the train station which makes it handy. Our room was very quiet, despite overlooking the station. There are loads of restaurants in the same building complex so there is no shortage of food options. There is also a big supermarket (Life) nearby. The nicest thing about the hotel was their happy hour which was good value. We didn't have breakfast there but there is a Starbucks close by. There is nothing wrong with the hotel but at the price they charge per night I was hoping for something a bit better.
