체크아웃할때 방에서 무거운 가방을 옮겨야 해서 도움을 받고자 전화 0번을 눌러 로비와 통화를 시도했으나, 전화는 오랜시간동안 받지 않아 결국 힘들게 로비까지 직접 옮겼음. 숙소 가격에 비해 조식 종류가 많지 않음.

2박예약했는데 첫날 준비안되서 조금더 저렴한방 주고 뷔페티켓 주더니 담날은 저녁 6시 넘어서 체크인하고 그것도 따로 알려주지도않고 몇번이다 데스크에 우리가 확인하고 나서야 방에 들어갔다. 4살 아이가있어 중간에낮잠도 자고싶어하고 쉬고싶어했는데 할수없었다. 호텔 디자인만 좋으면 뭐하는지 서비스가 최악이다.그리고 마지막에 디파짓도 취소가 안되어 또 우리가 확인하고 캔슬되었는지 확인되었다. 진짜 최악.
