2박예약했는데 첫날 준비안되서 조금더 저렴한방 주고 뷔페티켓 주더니 담날은 저녁 6시 넘어서 체크인하고 그것도 따로 알려주지도않고 몇번이다 데스크에 우리가 확인하고 나서야 방에 들어갔다. 4살 아이가있어 중간에낮잠도 자고싶어하고 쉬고싶어했는데 할수없었다. 호텔 디자인만 좋으면 뭐하는지 서비스가 최악이다.그리고 마지막에 디파짓도 취소가 안되어 또 우리가 확인하고 캔슬되었는지 확인되었다. 진짜 최악.

조금 일찍 도착하였는데 얼리 체크인 해주셨고 식사하는 동안 처리를 해주시고 식당으로 키를 전달해 주셨서 편안했습니다. 방으로 가는 길을 못찾아서 보안직원분에게 물었더니 건물 1층까지 안내해주고 우리 방이 어디에 있는지 상세히 설명까지 해주었습니다. 모든 직원들이 항상 친절하게 인사해 주었고 식당에서든 풀에서든 정성껏 문의에 답해주었습니다.
