뷰가 정말 좋고 친절하긴 합니다만, 풀바 정말 별로였습니다. 첫날엔 10시쯤 갔다가 주문 안받았고, 둘째날엔 판매하고 있는 데낄라, 멕시코생맥주등 가격도 잘 몰랐으며, 칵테일 마시고 있는 도중 빌 가져다 드리냐는둥 너무 내보내려고 하는거 같았서 먹다가 나왔네요. 그 외에 레스토랑은 음식맛도 서비스도 좋았고 방컨디션.. 벌레가 종종나오지만 자연친화적인 곳이라 그런건 참았습니다.. 기대했던 바가 생각보다 별로였어서 아쉽지만 보홀여행은 즐거웠네요

호텔은 전반적으로 나의 생각보다 좋은 편은 아니었다 레스토랑은 아이때문에 방문 하지 않았지만 조식도 좋지 않았고 룸에 개미또한 많았다 클린서비스도 깨끗하지 않았다 하지만 체크인 과정에 나이가 있고 직급 또한 있어보이는 남자 매니저분이 정말 친절하였다 나는 정말 많은 5성급 호텔을 전세계로 다니지만 인상깊은 부분이었다.특히나 한국은 친절 서비스업에 민감한편이다 하지만 내가 겪은 그 남자매니저분이 여행일정 시작을 너무 친절하게하여 나머지의 호텔 부가적인 부분이 부족하여도 만점을 주고싶은 마음이다

대부분의 직원들이 친절하셔서 숙박하는동안 기분 좋았어요 조식은 종류가 많지않아서 생각보다 별루였지만 먹을만 했어요 위치가 알로나비치랑 떨어져있어 불편하긴했는데 조용하게 지내기는 나쁘지 않았던것같아요.전반적으로 예쁘고 아름다웠던 리조트로 기억될것같아요.

새로생긴 리조트라 기대를 많이했는데 너무 훌륭했습니다! 친절한 직원들 덕분에 즐거운 보홀 여행이 되었습니다. 다만 조식은 한국인 입맛에 맞는게 없다는 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

리조트 자체가 굉장히 아름답고 세련되었다. 조식은 숙박 예약 비용에 비해 부실한편이라고 느꼈다. 좀 더 다양하고 맛있는 음식으로 업그레이드 되어야 한다고 생각한다. 조식당 응대 직원들도 좀 더 친절해져야 한다. 또한 객실이 너무 습하고 방에 들어가면 퀘퀘한 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 괴로웠다. 하지만 이 부분 제외하고 객실의 상태, 디자인, 편의성 모든것이 다 만족스러웠다.
