대부분의 직원들이 친절하셔서 숙박하는동안 기분 좋았어요 조식은 종류가 많지않아서 생각보다 별루였지만 먹을만 했어요 위치가 알로나비치랑 떨어져있어 불편하긴했는데 조용하게 지내기는 나쁘지 않았던것같아요.전반적으로 예쁘고 아름다웠던 리조트로 기억될것같아요.

리조트 자체가 굉장히 아름답고 세련되었다. 조식은 숙박 예약 비용에 비해 부실한편이라고 느꼈다. 좀 더 다양하고 맛있는 음식으로 업그레이드 되어야 한다고 생각한다. 조식당 응대 직원들도 좀 더 친절해져야 한다. 또한 객실이 너무 습하고 방에 들어가면 퀘퀘한 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 괴로웠다. 하지만 이 부분 제외하고 객실의 상태, 디자인, 편의성 모든것이 다 만족스러웠다.

다 좋은데 엑스트라베드는 최악임. 난 세계 여러나라 호텔을 가봤지만 이렇게 작고 짧고 불편한 엑스트라베드는 처음봄. 그 엑스트라베드는 에 호텔의 최고의 단점임.

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 청소가 부족해보였습니다. 들어가자마자 객실 화장실에서 사람털을 보았는데 그것은 수건걸이에 붙어있었습니다. 머리털이 아니었습니다. 머리털이 아니었기에 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 텔레비전 밑에 있는 선반에서 전에 투숙객이 남긴 화장품 포장지 커버(스티커같은 재질)가 발견되었습니다. 그래서 나는 그것들로 인해 청소가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않다고 단정하였습니다. 그리거 베개에서는 다른 사람의 냄새가 남아있었습니다. 객실 청소 이외에는 괜찮다고 생각했습니다 왜냐하면 우리가 일찍 체크인하는것에 도움을 받았기 때문입니다. 하지만 수영장 근처 술을 제공하는 바에서는 맥주를 주문했었는데 그중에 한병이 시원하지 않은 상태로 제공되었습니다. 이 리조트를 이용하는것에 적은 돈을 지불한것이 아닙니다. 저는 시원한 맥주와 깨끗한 객실을 원합니다. 그리고 그것은 모든 리조트에 기본이라고 생각합니다.

However, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room, including the presence of hair and other items left behind. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and we will address these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements are made.
Additionally, we regret to hear about the service inconsistency at the bar, particularly with the temperature of the beer served. Please rest assured that we take your comments seriously as we strive to provide a refreshing experience for all our guests.
