Habitaciones muy incómodas, sobre todo las de la parte alta con escaleras (muy resbaladizos y difíciles de subir o bajar). Los puertos usb de una parte de la cama no funcionaban. Ambos edredones y las almohadas eran completamente diferentes, lo que me pareció raro. La limpieza no es la mejor pero es aceptable. El precio por noche es excesivo, es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Lo mejor la ubicación y las vistas al castillo.

La limpieza fue deplorable, muy poca frecuencia de limpieza de baños, en más de una oportinidad se podia ver en los registros que habian pasado más de12 hs sin limpiar los baños que son compartidos, los usa mucha gente, y de hecho cuando los "limpiaban" seguían sucios. Consulté la primer nohe si me podia cambiar a una habitación con baño privado y me dijeron que no tenian disponibilidad. No sé qué tipo de ventilación tienen las habitaciones pero a las 6.30 me despertaba con el olor del desayuno, parecia que estaban cocinado al lado mio. Esperaba más de un Ibis, no volveria a este lugar y no sé si iría a otro hotel/hostel de la cadena si manejan el mismo estándar.

Bien ubicado, habitación fresca toda la noche, instalaciones cómodas (excepto la cocina, demasiado pequeña y pocos utensilios) los baños son excelentes, las duchas con presión y agua caliente. La atención nos desilusionó mucho.

Nada recomendable. Considerando que el establecimiento tiene una capacidad maxima de 250 personas (consultamos en recepción la cantidad), los espacios de uso comunes deberian ser mayores. El hostel tiene una sola heladera siempre llena, teníamos nuestras cosas en la habitación y lo poco que guardamos (con la etiqueta correspondiente) en la heladera desapareció o lo tiraron. El laundry cuenta con un solo lavarropa y esperamos más de tres horas para poder usarlo. Las habitaciones son incómodas, con la cama por una escalera empinada y sin espacio para moverse. Elegimos el lugar por el gimnasio, pero estuvo cerrado todos los días (por una actividad interna que solo llevaba unas horas en el día). No hay ambiente sociable y coincidimos con una competencia llena de adolescentes y niños que hacia que pareciera un campamento escolar: gritando y corriendo a toda hora, baño siempre ocupado y poca tranquilidad incluso en horarios de descanso. Opino que si el hostel tiene una reserva de esas características deberia ocuparlo solo con ellos o aplicarles mas restricciones, de manera de garantizar una mejor experiencia al resto. Para terminar, en el ultimo dia alguien nos abrio la puerta mientras dormíamos a las 7 de la mañana.
