Séjour effectué lors d'une expérience mais testé également comme client "lambda". Hôtel magnifique, au bord du lac, grandes chambres / suites adaptées aux familles. L'hôtel est d'ailleurs particulièrement bien adaptées aux familles avec jeunes enfants. La décoration leur est dédiée, le chocolat de l'après midi aussi. Le parc aquatique et balaland est un paradis pour les enfants. La restauration n'est pas en reste avec buffet adulte ET enfants à leur taille (unique !). Mais le chef sait aussi faire de grands plats nous l'avons testé. Les vins de la région sont également exemplaires. Bref de quoi satisfaire familles et gourmands. A des prix hors saison tout à fait corrects. En saison c'est plus cher mais peu de chambres malgré la taille du complexe ce qui est un atout.

Un grand merci et un grand bravo à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Je vais essayer de lister tous les "Wow" (or delighters) excusez-moi si j en oublie : bravo pour le sens de l'hospitalité des équipes de l'accueil, nettoyage, serveurs, managers... Merci pour la très belle et confortable chambre, bravo et merci au chef pour avoir adapté le menu par rapport aux intolérances alimentaires de mon mari.

Il faudrait avertir que cet hôtel ne reçois que des familles avec enfants, tout est fait autour des enfants et les couples sans enfants ne sont pas pris en consideration. Il faudrait également signaler que le ménage n'est pas fait intégralement ni sérieusement......

At Mövenpick, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures. Kindly allow me to answer for your valued concerns and some of your points in details: For the temperature in the rooms, we have a ceiling cooling system, which is very eco-friendly and better for young kids, however, as we noticed, not capable to keep up with the extreme high humidity and temperatures that have been hitting the Lake Balaton region during this summer. We are working on the solutions both short and long therms. For being only a children and family hotel, we are advertising everywhere accordingly, both online and offline areas. We are at most of the time, but definetly in the highest season. This gives us special needs in the cleaning as well, both F&B and hotel rooms and public spaces like the restaurants. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. We are working on the solutions both short and long therms. Our colleauges did there outmost best with fans, cooling units and more to provide you the best possible solution. In this fact, we stating that we treated you, as a valued diamond menber on the very highest possible level, being one of the solo guest who recived a room with working air conditioning, right after being avaliable. We appretiate the comments on food, we are working on it and presentation very hard and we will be able to significant results hopefully by your next visit. Being in the restaurant, we are never forcing our guest, but appreciated to filfull their preference with table clearing and many more, as you did correctly to point this out to the waiting team. Whilst your opinion is noted, kindly allow us to clean the restaurant how our operation and situation let us to complete this task, to ensure the guest satisfaction in 24/7. Lest assured the rest of your comments will be taken in consideration for the future improvements. We would like for you to give us the opportunity to demonstrate our high quality standards what our most guest recived and appreciate; kindly accept a voucher in the amount of 1 night which you will be able to redeem at a future stay with us. Bonjour, séjour non satisfaisant : - nous sommes intervenus à deux reprises pour signaler que le lit était trop dure : seule solution : ils nous ont amené un drap supplémentaire que nous devions mettre sur le matelas. Je précise encore que mes parents, qui avaient une chambre double, avaient un matelas très moelleux, - ventilation : très bruyante : nous sommes intervenus afin que la ventalitation soit coupée : celà a été refusé. Aucune autre option proposée par l'établissement, ce qui n'est pas acceptable au vu du prix payé.
