Lovely staff, great accommodation, 2 restaurants both with stunning views over the golf course to the mountains. Dinner in the restaurant was a big treat with great tasty food. Would return to this resort if I'm ever fortunate enough to visit the area again and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

The recent dumping of snow turned the Fable into a winter wonderland! The resort is set in the most stunning location, only an hour from Christchurch but a world away. Our Villa was toasty warm and comfortable, the setting and views are out of this world, the meals in the restaurant and cafe were delicious, we especially enjoyed the Chocolate Fondant, Pear and rhubarb crumble, venison and the full breakfast. A great selection of activities are on offer for those like us who don’t play golf nor ski. The standouts were, Target shooting with Neil with his personal one on one coaching, the Rakaia Gorge walk, we only walked 40 mins each way and saw some stunning views that looked like a painting and Lake Coleridge which is so quiet and serene that time just stops. Thank you to all the amazing staff, your friendly personal service really made our long weekend especially Joanna in the Cafe, Lady in the restaurant and the lovely ladies at reception who welcomed and farewelled us.

Bel complesso di appartamenti immersi nella natura, molto silenziosi e spaziosissimi. L'appartamento è ben fornito, con splendida cucina attrezzata, un bel salotto con camino e un balcone con vista. La doccia era troppo aperta, entravano troppi spifferi. In generale è un country club con campi da golf e da tennis, noi lo abbiamo usato come base per una notte prima di continuare il nostro viaggio verso sud e quindi era un po' sprecato. Ha un buon ristorante nella struttura principale (consiglio la bistecca di Wagyu).

Terrible hotel! Untrained staff. Customer will have to suffer because of untrained staff. Staff has no idea of Accor privileges. Housekeeping is not doing the job. A simple chewing gum from the shower could not be removed from multiple days.. amenities missing. Almost never kept. Lena, the front desk manager, does not understand customers and is terrible at customer service. She has forced me to give this review.

Hotel situado a una hora de Christchurch, rodeado de un paisaje impresionante y organizado en forma de viviendas adosadas o Terraces. Los apartamento están muy bien y tienen unas vistas impresionantes, aunque la limpieza es mejorable. El edificio central, es donde está la recepción y el restaurante, el cual me pareció bueno dentro de lo que es Nueva Zelanda. Es un lugar para disfrutar del golf o de la paz de su paisaje, poco más que hacer. Calidad-Precio no muy aconsejable.
