Sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel super aber weit abgelegen, Strand war nur ein Kiesstrand, nicht schön zum Baden und nebenan Fabrik. Wir hatten uns für das Hotel aufgrund von 3 Pools und Bade-Strand ausgesucht. Strand war überhaupt nicht schön. 2 von 3 Pools hatten nicht geöffnet (wir waren 1 Woche dort). Der 3. Pool hatte um 18 Uhr geschlossen!! Gerade abends im Sommer die schönste Zeit am Pool zu verbringen! Das war sehr enttäuschend. Die Poolauflagen wurden um 18 Uhr weg geräumt und man musste den Außenbereich verlassen!! Das hat uns geärgert, zumal wir einen hohen Preis für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt haben. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn/Teenager dort. Bezahlt haben wir für 3 Erwachsene. Außer dem 3. Bett war alles nur für 2 Personen im Zimmer ausgelegt und man musste immer nach einem 3 Handtuch usw. fragen. Das fanden wir sehr nervig…

Lautes Hotel Besuchergruppen, Reception unangenehm. Service unfreundlich.rüder Ton im Restaurant. Behinderten feindlich Mitarbeiter. Servus vom Housekeeping sehr gut.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel. Obwohl das Hotel sehr groß ist, war es relativ ruhig. Leider war die Dachterrasse während unseres Aufenthalts noch nicht geöffnet.

Das Hotel ist schön gestaltet und der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an verschiedene Speisen. Leider ist die Lage nicht sehr schön aufgrund der Fabrik in der Nachbarschaft und des Geruch welcher sich vermutlich von dort ausbreitet. Dies war leider keine schöne Erfahrung da dieser teilweise äußerst unangenehm war.
