We would like to clarify that information regarding our seasonal facilities is available on our website. Our rooftop was not yet opened as the summer season had not officially begun. However, we are pleased to share that the rooftop pool is now open and welcoming guests, offering an enhanced experience during the warmer months. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool operating hours and the preparation of the room for three guests. We regret any inconvenience caused by having to request additional amenities and understand how this may have affected your comfort during your stay.
