Das Hotel ist schön gestaltet und der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an verschiedene Speisen. Leider ist die Lage nicht sehr schön aufgrund der Fabrik in der Nachbarschaft und des Geruch welcher sich vermutlich von dort ausbreitet. Dies war leider keine schöne Erfahrung da dieser teilweise äußerst unangenehm war.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön, aber die Lage ist leider nicht gut. Es ist relativ weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und direkt gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich eine Müllentsorgungsstation. Dadurch riecht es jeden Tag sehr unangenehm, sodass man sich praktisch nicht auf dem Balkon aufhalten kann. Der Service ist gut, allerdings musste man beim Check-in ziemlich lange warten. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, aber die Auswahl ist jeden Tag komplett gleich. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre besser.

Positiv: - Restaurant Lora Essen am Abend war ein Genuss - Poolbereich sehr gut - Bar Kyara sehr gut und freundliches Personal - Freundliches Personal allgemein Negativ: - Man musste beim Frühstück nach Pfeffer, Salz und Tabasco suchen - Frühstück Auswahl überschaubar - Zimmer auf Ebene 0 haben definiv keinen schönen Ausblick - Türen im Konferenzbereich schlagen zu laut zu - Überall sehr laute Musik - unebener und lauter Boden im großen Saal und dadurch Akustik sehr schlecht

Super zimmer Hotel ist sehr verwirrend aufgebaut... Frühstück super... aber in verschiedenen Restaurants und wusste nie wohin Wasser in der Dusche an 2 Abenden nur kalt Room Service (Pizza) war qualitativ sehr schlecht und teuer. Das Tiramisu ist einigermassen ok. Lage ist schlecht (ausserhalb / schlechte Nachbarachaft / kehrrichtsverbrennungsanlage) Bar hat u.1000 geschlossen... Personal sehr unerfahren
