직원분들이 너무나 친절하십니다. 물론 등급의 영향도 있겠지만, 이렇게 친절하고 세심한 직원들은 처음입니다. Cindy, Ricky에게 감사드리며, 다음번 방문에도 다시 만나기를 기대합니다. 룸 업그레이드를 3단계나 해주셨고, 방 안내도 친절하게 해주셨으며, 지내는 동안 여러 서비스를 이용함에 있어서 최상의 만족도를 제공해주었습니다. 조식당은 준수했고, 중식당은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 바가 아쉬웠습니다. 까페와 같이 운영하는 방식이었기에, 생각보다 주류의 종류가 다양하지 않았고, 바에서는 아코르 플러스 할인이 적용되지 않았습니다. 수영장과 피트니스 센터는 준수했고, 호텔 내부의 인테리어가 매우 모던하며 색감도 좋았습니다.
