非常特别的体验，我们定的是船长带阳台房，这次入住分配的是城景，如果是海景的体验感就更好了。轮船上很多娱乐设施都没开，如果只是参观船体的话是挺不错的体验。早餐晚餐中等，选择没有很多。

We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as your stay was intended to be a special and relaxing occasion. Please accept our sincere apologies for the concerns you raised regarding cleanliness, room maintenance, and the overall condition of your accommodation. This is certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain, and your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate corrective action. We are equally concerned to learn about the lack of responsiveness from our reception team and the inconvenience caused by unanswered calls and unresolved air conditioning issues. This is unacceptable, and we are addressing this matter with the Front Office team to ensure proper follow-up and availability at all times. Furthermore, we regret that your dining experience, including breakfast and restaurant offerings, did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with our Culinary team for review and improvement. We also sincerely apologize for the lack of service recovery and attentiveness during your extended time in the lobby, as well as the inconsistency in service levels across our team. This does not align with the level of hospitality we aim to deliver. At the same time, we truly appreciate your recognition of some of our team members, including James, Ruth, Craig, and others who made a positive impression during your stay.
