洗手池堵塞，沐浴露洗发水都是空瓶，真搞不懂还有这样子的酒店，半夜噪音大，早上噪音更大，清洁工感觉就在门口一直霹雳吧啦个不停

服务很好，但是房间里有异响，而且是不规则，没有规律的异响，声音有时候大有时候小，像敲门声音一样，会被吵醒。其他都很好。

We understand your frustration regarding the lack of a hair dryer, disposable slippers, and the charge for toothpaste and toothbrushes. In line with our sustainability initiatives, we have removed single-use plastics and certain amenities from the rooms, but we understand this may not be to everyone’s preference. Hair dryers and slippers are available upon request, and dental kits can be provided for a minimal fee. We appreciate your comments and will consider them as we work to improve our guest experience.
