We are very pleased to receive your positive evaluation regarding our location and the service provided by our front desk staff. On the other hand, we sincerely regret any discomfort caused by the accommodation tax. Therefore, we would appreciate your understanding regarding the dissatisfaction you felt due to the price differences compared to hotels in other cities. Additionally, we apologize once again for the insufficient prior notification that led you to contact the call center for payment. We will strive to provide clearer information in the future. Despite this, we are truly grateful for the high overall evaluation you gave us and for your kind words towards our team. Our staff will continue to work hard to provide you with a more comfortable and satisfying stay. We would be delighted if you chose to stay at Ibis Kyoto Shijo again during your next visit to Kyoto.
