Sou membro do programa da Accor e não fui recepcionada com o Welcome Drink. Não teve nenhuma diferenciação no serviço. No café da manhã foi alocados em mesas colada com outros hospedes. Poderiam investir em chuveiros melhores.

Please accept our sincere apologies that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the arrival experience, breakfast seating, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi connection speed. We also regret that the level of service you received did not make you feel sufficiently recognized as an ALL member. Regarding ALL membership benefits, we would like to kindly explain that your reservation was made through a third-party travel platform. For reservations made outside Accor’s direct booking channels, such as all.com, the ALL app, or our hotel directly, ALL member benefits including Reward points, Status Nights, and member-exclusive stay benefits such as the welcome drink cannot be provided. We sincerely apologize if this was not clear at the time of booking and for the disappointment this caused. Regarding Kyoto accommodation tax, we would like to kindly explain that consumption tax and Kyoto accommodation tax are separate charges. While consumption tax may be included in the accommodation fee shown on the booking platform, Kyoto accommodation tax is collected separately. The collection method may vary depending on the hotel; however, at our hotel, Kyoto accommodation tax is not included in the accommodation fee and is collected directly at the hotel upon arrival. We apologize if our explanation was not clear enough and caused any confusion during check-in. Your comments regarding the breakfast seating arrangement, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi connection have been shared with the relevant departments for future improvement. Pessoa que fez o check In não foi simpática, não tentou ajudar , estava em família com 2 crianças pequenas e nos colocou em quartos bem separados. Deixamos as malas e só retornar nos informaram q as malas estavam em 1 quarto e qfo chegamos não estava! Café da manhã com poucas opções ocidentais ! O vaso sanitário do nosso quarto apresentou problemas!

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had during check-in and for the inconvenience caused to you and your family. As you were traveling with two small children, we fully understand that comfort and thoughtful arrangements are especially important. I am truly sorry that we did not meet those expectations. Regarding our team’s attitude, there may have been language-related communication challenges. However, this should never make our guests feel unsupported or unwelcome. We take your comments seriously and will place renewed focus on staff training to ensure warmer, more attentive, and more proactive service moving forward. With respect to the room assignment, the Twin + Sofa Bed room type is limited to only three rooms per floor. Even when assigned on the same floor, the layout can make the rooms feel quite far apart. That said, we recognize that clearer communication and greater consideration should have been provided at the time, and for this I sincerely apologize. I also regret the confusion regarding your luggage and the issue with the toilet in your room. These matters have been shared with the relevant departments, and we are reviewing our procedures to prevent similar situations in the future. We do appreciate your positive comments regarding cleanliness and the ease of booking.
