Pessoa que fez o check In não foi simpática, não tentou ajudar , estava em família com 2 crianças pequenas e nos colocou em quartos bem separados. Deixamos as malas e só retornar nos informaram q as malas estavam em 1 quarto e qfo chegamos não estava! Café da manhã com poucas opções ocidentais ! O vaso sanitário do nosso quarto apresentou problemas!

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had during check-in and for the inconvenience caused to you and your family. As you were traveling with two small children, we fully understand that comfort and thoughtful arrangements are especially important. I am truly sorry that we did not meet those expectations. Regarding our team’s attitude, there may have been language-related communication challenges. However, this should never make our guests feel unsupported or unwelcome. We take your comments seriously and will place renewed focus on staff training to ensure warmer, more attentive, and more proactive service moving forward. With respect to the room assignment, the Twin + Sofa Bed room type is limited to only three rooms per floor. Even when assigned on the same floor, the layout can make the rooms feel quite far apart. That said, we recognize that clearer communication and greater consideration should have been provided at the time, and for this I sincerely apologize. I also regret the confusion regarding your luggage and the issue with the toilet in your room. These matters have been shared with the relevant departments, and we are reviewing our procedures to prevent similar situations in the future. We do appreciate your positive comments regarding cleanliness and the ease of booking. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are committed to providing a more consistent and welcoming experience for all our guests. O hotel é excelente. Camas confortáveis, chuveiro bom e com boa pressão, banheira, ótimas amenidades de banho, e um ótimo café da manhã. Quarto um pouco pequeno para 3 pessoas. Ficamos um pouco apertados.
