Nieststy nie zabieram dobrych wrażeń ze śniadania. Restauracja współracyjąca z hotelem nie spełniła standardów poziomu Accors. Niemiła obsługa. Braku żywności w dostępności dla gości nie były uzupełniane a Manager zamknął dostępność 20 min przed wymogem godzin funkcjonowania restauracji.

Hotel czysty, obsługa pomocna. Lokalizacja jest w porządku. Dałbym 10/10, gdyby nie sytuacja która miała miejsce podczas rezerwacji. Proces rezerwacji jednego z dwóch pokoi był traumatyzujacy. Zostałem potraktowany bardzo źle przez pracowników recepcji prowadzących ze mną bardzo nieregularną konwersacje - kontakt z hotelem jest utrudniony. Dostawałem odpowiedzi od recepcji co parę dni, przez co oferta, którą zaakceptowałem nie chciała zostać zrealizowana, mimo odpowiedzi z mojej strony po niecałych dwóch godzinach. Było to bardzo nieprzyjemne.
