We are very sorry for the long waiting time for a table, the queues at the coffee machines, and the limited selection of items such as cheese, cold cuts, and bread. Hotel jest doskonale położony, pokoje dobrze wyposażone, ale niestety na tym koniec superlatyw. Śniadania są bardzo mało urozmaicone, a obsługa słaba. Pomimo posiadania najwyższego statusu w programie lojalnościowym All, wymeldowanie musiałam zrobić już o 13:00. Dzień wcześniej spałam w hotelu Mercure w Kioto, gdzie standardowo wymeldowanie było do godziny 14:00, dlatego po prostu się pomyliłam. Gdy przyszłam wymeldować się o 13:50, zostałam poinformowana, że powinnam zapłacić za dodatkową dobę! Obniżono mi tę stawkę do 50% za dobę. Nie oznacza to, że mogłam zostać w pokoju jeszcze chociaż na godzinę - i tak zostałam zmuszona do wymeldowania. Nie polecam tego hotelu.

Hotel jest świetnie zlokalizowany. Ma oryginalny, piękny i dopracowany wystrój. Niestety najsłabszą stroną hotelu są śniadania - bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na stoli, brak podstawowych produktów na śniadanie - nie ma żadnego sera żółtego, nie ma żadnej wędliny oprócz kawałków piersi z kurczaka przeznaczonych na zrobienie sałatki. Bardzo wybór pieczywa. Do dwóch automatów z kawą tworzą się codziennie długie kolejki.

Jestem trochę rozczarowany jakością członków z statusem Platinium . Pokoj nie byl jeszcze gotowy gdzie informowalem o wczesniejszym moim przybyciu. Z smutkien pani zrobila mi pozne wymeldowanie do godziny 15:00. Brak wstawki powitalnej w pokoju mega rozczarowuje jak na poziom Mercure.
