Dear Valued Guest Thank you very much for staying with us at Mercure Kyoto Station and for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location, original hotel design, accommodation, check-in experience, and the service provided by our team. On the other hand, please accept our sincere apologies that the breakfast experience did not meet your expectations. We are very sorry for the long waiting time for a table, the queues at the coffee machines, and the limited selection of items such as cheese, cold cuts, and bread. We understand that breakfast is an important part of the stay, especially when traveling with family, and we regret that we could not provide a more satisfying experience. We also apologize for the insufficient cleaning under the bed, where bottle caps were left behind. This is not acceptable, and your comment has been shared with our housekeeping team so that room inspections can be carried out more carefully. Your comments regarding breakfast variety and restaurant flow have been shared with our restaurant team for review. We will continue to look into ways to improve the breakfast operation, food selection, and coffee service, especially during busy periods.
