Absolutely impressed by this hotel. The room had a cosy vibe and was modern, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and short taxi ride to Kyoto’s centre. Would stay here again.

It is so far from station, no facilities available. Always crowded with tour groups. Breakfast needs to queue. Long waiting time for minor arrangement at front desk. No managerial personnel around. Seems to be lack of management.

Jestem trochę rozczarowany jakością członków z statusem Platinium . Pokoj nie byl jeszcze gotowy gdzie informowalem o wczesniejszym moim przybyciu. Z smutkien pani zrobila mi pozne wymeldowanie do godziny 15:00. Brak wstawki powitalnej w pokoju mega rozczarowuje jak na poziom Mercure. Przed przyjazdem do waszego Horelu to jakość w Ibis styles byl wyzszy od Mercure
