Jestem trochę rozczarowany jakością członków z statusem Platinium . Pokoj nie byl jeszcze gotowy gdzie informowalem o wczesniejszym moim przybyciu. Z smutkien pani zrobila mi pozne wymeldowanie do godziny 15:00. Brak wstawki powitalnej w pokoju mega rozczarowuje jak na poziom Mercure. Przed przyjazdem do waszego Horelu to jakość w Ibis styles byl wyzszy od Mercure

Hotel w miarę blisko dworca, nie duży kameralny, przyjemny. Dużo Europejczyków w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w Japonii, bardzo przyjemna wielkość pokoji. Ciekawy wystrój, z okien było widać Kyoto Tower;) Na śniadanich było stosunkowo dużo owoców jak na Japonię. Dla rodzin była promocja na drugi pokój dla dzieci i to mi się się bardzo podoba w tej sieci hoteli!
