El hotel está localizado en el área de Gynza, bonita, segura y extremadamente limpia y bien conectada. Los servicios del hotel son muy buenos, en el baño siempre hay una gran cantidad de amenidades sin costo, como cepillo de dientes, peine, entre otros. Todos los días hicieron limpieza de la habitación y fueron cordiales en el servicio todo el tiempo. En lo particular si lo recomendaría y volvería encanto a utilizarlo si algún día vuelvo a Tokio.

Tiene muy buena localización en Ginza, para ser Japón la habitación tiene bastante espacio caben 4 maletas cómodo. Oportunidad de limpieza en la entrada, el zafacon de la entrada lleno, el counter del lobby desordenado.. el staff es amable .. pero muy relajado.. el polvo en las esquinas y alfombra era visible. La tina de la ducha estaba despintada, el a/c en las noches no estaba fresco. La cafetera del lobby muy sucia
