We are sorry to read the room size did not met your expectations. The room size is accordingly with the room type you reserved. If any type of room is available during your stay, please do not hesitate to ask the Front Desk (additional fee may occurs). The standard room's size in Japan is different than the standard in western countries. Regarding our breakfast, I will share your feedback with the team and take your concerns to bring our service one-step further.
