Um Mercure tipo, correto, limpo, confortável. A gente sabe o que paga e o que esperar. So que tem alguns detalhes ruins. Exemplos: café da manhã, tem que optar por um turno que acaba 8:15 ou outro que começa 8:30. Como boa parte dos tours começam 9hs, essa “raridade” acaba sendo inconveniente. Outro: quase todo hotel oferece serviço de despacho de bagagem, o Mercure não. Na tarde anterior o guia do dia seguinte deixou um pacote com informações para nos; esqueceram de entregar. Resumindo: serviço ruim

Quarto pequeno, café da manhã mal organizado, faltando vários itens tendo que esperar, na recepção sem funcionario para dar os talheres, ruim pelo preço.

We are sorry to read the room size did not met your expectations. The room size is accordingly with the room type you reserved. If any type of room is available during your stay, please do not hesitate to ask the Front Desk (additional fee may occurs). The standard room's size in Japan is different than the standard in western countries. Regarding our breakfast, I will share your feedback with the team and take your concerns to bring our service one-step further.
