El hotel está muy bien ubicado ya que está cerca de las estaciones de tren y de autobús. Las habitaciones son confortables, el desayuno es bueno y con muchas opciones para elegir, y la decoración interior es sobria pero elegante. El personal es atento y servicial.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, lo único que no me gustó fue que no tuve mucha accesibilidad a alimentos en el hotel, tanto por horarios como porque no había room service y mi hijo estaba enfermo y no podía bajar, así que tuve que salir a comprar a lo que estuvo abierto en esos momentos

Estuvimos una sola noche aunque la verdad que nos quedamos con ganas de repetir. Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y estuvimos super a gusto. El Onsen muy amplio y muy limpio, era la primera vez que lo probábamos y nos encantó. El desayuno buffet aunque un poco caro, tenia una amplísima variedad de opciones y sobre todo sin gluten, que en nuestro caso era necesario, si bien el pan sin gluten que ofrecen no es demasiado bueno y no te dejan meter el tuyo...
