Although we arrived early we were greeted kindly in both Japanese and French by Virginie. One room was ready so we put our luggage in and headed out to see Takayama. Great recommendations were given for where to eat and what to see (Hida-Furukawa spring festival)! Onsen was wonderful in the afternoon and morning. Love that rooftop!

I stayed for 2 nights. Friendly English speaking staff. The room is large & comfortable. The roof top indoor & outdoor spa is well furnished & cosy. The breakfast is expensive though, but before 11am there is few eateries open for business.

We booked our reservations from Canada a significant length of time before we stayed at this hotel. Your software changed our input reservation to 1 person when I had input that two people were staying in my reserved room. I discovered this mistake shortly before we flew to Japan. Upon arrival, we were charged extra costs for my wife because the reservation was for one person.
