Disappointing coach holiday festive break

We were on a coach holiday 8th to 12th December. The rooms were very good and the majority of the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good except for cereals - cocoa pops or cornflakes. We were segregated from hotel restaurant and the food was, to say the least, very basic. Bought in steak pie, mash and peas, sausage, mash and peas as an example and our Christmas meal was not good. No cloths on tables or condiments. This is by far the most disappointing tour I’ve been on in over 30 years

Your comments regarding the breakfast cereal selection, the separation from the main restaurant, and the quality and presentation of the meals provided to your group are taken very seriously. The experience you describe — limited menu options, basic dishes, and a lack of table settings and condiments — falls short of the standards we aim to deliver, particularly during a festive break when guests rightly expect something more special. I fully appreciate how disappointing this must have been, especially given your many years of touring experience. I have shared your feedback with both our kitchen and restaurant management teams so we can review our group dining arrangements, menu planning and presentation to ensure improvements are made. Zeer slecht ! Wij waren 5 nachten in dit hotel. De laatste 3 nachten heeft men in de kamers niet geweest, wij moesten zelf onze handdoeken verversen. Na verschillende klachten aan de inkom kregen we steeds te horen, we hebben te weinig personeel, wat onze rekening niet maakte. Zelf drank halen en zelf afruimen. Dit hotel verdient geen goede beoordeling. Wij waren er met Carolus en die zijn met zo een slecht hotel ook klanten kwijt. Een goede raad blijf daar weg. Bij klachten is de manager steeds weg, praten tegen de muren. Geschreven door lammetje.

L'hôtel est très bien placé face à la mer et facile d'accès. Le personnel fut très accueillant aussi bien à la réception qu'au bar. Notre chambre, fonctionnelle, avait la vue sur la mer et la jetée. Très appréciable au réveil. La literie était très bien. La climatisation et l'insonorisation étaient au rendez-vous. Grande pelouse devant l'hôtel pour balader le chien. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité si on veut manger ailleurs. Attention en revanche au parking, qui est payant. Pas beaucoup de places. Si c'est complet, il faut aller se garer ailleurs en extérieur...
