계절적으로 비수기라 여유있고 한가로운 분위기입니다. 제가 마주한 모든 직원들은 친절하고 적절한 응대를 해주었습니다. 특히 체크인을 도와준 직원이 플래티넘 회원에 대한 자부심을 느끼게 해주는 말로 응대를 해주어서 기분이 좋았습니다. 아주 괜찮은 객실로 업그레이드 해주었고 객실에 있던 웰컴 기프트도 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 다만 투숙객이 너무 적어서 그랬는지 조식은 상당히 부실한 수준이었습니다. 특히 둘째날은 조식 장소도 작은 바로 옮겨서 제공했고, 정말 먹을 게 없어서 추가 금액을 내고 조식을 선택한 것을 후회가 되는 정도였네요. 그럼에도 헝가리에 간다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.
