our 2 night stay at this hotel was perfect. Our local partners recommended this hotel and we confirm its quality. Excellent service, efficient and professional staff at reception (the night porter managed to solve a “bureaucratic” problem at 1.00 pm), smiling and very nice personnel at bar and morning breakfast. Breakfast variety is good and of remarkable quality. Rooms and beds are comfortable. We highly suggest this hotel.

Coming with a roadtrip team from Germany we arrived around 11:00 and wanted to check in a bit earlier than the house rules. But the staff was very strict by pointing the arrival time has not come yet. They did not seem that busy at all which made us feel unwelcome. Other than that the rooms are quite stylish and modern. Also the location, breakfast and comfort of the rooms is quite nice.

I liked it. Central, yet easy access by car, location - you can walk to main Klaipeda attractions by foot. Large rooms, good heating and indoor climate. Complimentary water provided. Bed was comfortable, water temperature and pressure OK. The best feature of bathroom - properly working heated floor, so useful in winter period. Breakfast was standard Mercure quality and selection, They only possible concern - parking slot is relatively small, so might be a challenge to find place in high season. Overall perfect price / quality balance, would recommend.

This hotel is within walking distance to old town. Large grocery store within a block. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Paid parking is right next door. Staff was very helpful and we have to commend Monika.

This hotel was in a good location for exploring the old town and is a great choice for business or leisure. Our room was spotlessly clean and modern with a balcony. The breakfast staff was very friendly and welcoming. The buffet was well stocked but a little light for vegetarians. I’m glad we chose this hotel for our one night stay. The dinner menu looked tasty and we regret not trying it out.
