One of the best Ibis Budget in the UK…

I believe that this Ibis Budget has to rank as one of the best in the UK, the rooms are exceptional for a budget hotel and has more amenities than most of the Ibis Budget in the rest of the county couple this with good service and you get a truly exceptional value for money place to stay close to London Heathrow Airport. Service and hospitality from the team at the hotel was friendly, professional and efficient from those that I met. The rooms are superbly decorated, are in very good state of repair and spotlessly clean with the beds are particular good aiding a brilliant nights sleep. The Wi-Fi had good connectivity and speed, the modern large television was fabulous. Unlike the majority of Ibis Budget’s that I have stayed in, the rooms here do have tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable chair to sit in. The en-suite shower room was also spotlessly clean and the shower has good, if not brilliant, water pressure and the towels were not that fluffy. Unlike most Ibis Budget hotels this particular hotel benefits from a restaurant and bar, with a good drink selection and a small menu of ‘pub grub’. The eat as much as you like buffet breakfast was very good, ingredients and products were of solid quality and the hot selection was, well, hot and served all morning. Location is on the main Bath Road midway between Heathrow and Hounslow, the hotel has a car park (extra charges apply), it is also on a direct TFL bus route from the main bus and coach station at the airport (numbers 105 and 111).

The hotel is clean and the food is fine but the service is terrible. Two lifts to serve the entire hotel so unless you prepared to wait 30 minutes for a lift you finish carrying your bags up flights of stairs. This is after you have to wait over 30 minutes outside in a queue to get to check in. Want dinner - be prepared to wait 50 minutes in a queue to order your dinner at the bar. And breakfast - chaos , queues, rude staff zero organisation. Don't try to complain you just get sworn at. No flexibility and their policy is do as you are told and keep quiet. All the staff and management need to be trained in the very basics of customer service.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã excelente. O único inconveniente é a distância mesmo… bem longe dos pontos turísticos. Mas tem ponto de ônibus na frente do hotel e com o uso do Google Maps tudo dá certo. Tivemos um inconveniente nessa viagem também: o alarme de incêndio tocou por volta das 22:00 e tivemos que sair do prédio - no final foi uma criança que disparou o alarme.
