Estimado Sr. S., Muchas gracias por compartir su experiencia con nosotros y por destacar la buena relación calidad-precio de nuestro hotel, así como la amabilidad de nuestro equipo. Lamentamos que, a pesar de la doble ventana, aún se escucharan ruidos de los aviones. Nuestro hotel está situado muy cerca del aeropuerto de Heathrow, por lo que, aunque contamos con ventanas dobles para mejorar el aislamiento, en ocasiones puede sentirse el ruido exterior. También tomamos nota de su comentario sobre los olores en el área exterior y lo revisaremos con el equipo de seguridad para asegurarnos de mantener un entorno más agradable. Respecto al idioma, aunque la mayoría de nuestro personal habla inglés, siempre intentamos ayudar a nuestros huéspedes lo mejor posible, y agradecemos su observación para seguir mejorando.
