Convenient for early flights

The staff were very good, especially Abdul. The room is small but fine fora night for an early flight. The bed was okay, pillows goos and really nice bath products. The hotel is easy to get to by public transport to and from Heathrow Airport. We did have an issue with the shower with drainage which flooded the bathroom. It meant that the shower time was cut short.Hotel reception were informed but nobody came to sort it out. Abdul was helpful and we decided that we didn’t want maintenance to sort it out as we wanted an early night. We were offered a complimentary breakfast. The room was clean. Amin was helpful with public transport information. Good place to stay for early flights from Heathrow.

Beautiful hotel, excellent services

The staff were welcoming. The room and toilet were very clean and smelled good. The food served at the restaurant was delicious. The wifi connection was good. There was the option of paying cash at the counter which was a huge bonus for me as a 'short- stay' visitor.

I never got to stop, it was full, but Marina and Vansia went out of their way to find me elsewhere to stay. They even used their own phones to help. I can't thank them enough. X This was following me, by no fault of my own, missing a flight and not being able to return home, due to the flight being super early.

Don’t book this hotel!

Supposed to be free Wi-Fi. This was non existent in our 4th floor bedroom. Window was locked and there was no key. TV did not work. Charged £12 for overnight parking. Girl at reception had no customer skills. This is the worst Heathrow hotel I have ever stayed in!

Worse than when it was a Travelodge

Stayed here for one night this week. The hotel is located at the Eastern end of Bath Road, a little further from T2/3/5 than a number of hotels but still in a convenient location. There is a large on site car park costing £12 for 24hrs. Reception is on the 1st floor- check in was rather slow and the receptionist wasn't particularly friendly. There was no recognition of my ALL status either. My 2nd floor room was basic but clean. Tea, coffee and plenty of towels were provided. On the flip side, there was a fair bit of noise from outside and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Free WiFi is provided but it was rather hit and miss. The bar is ridiculously overpriced and closes at 11pm, the restaurant serves a decent range of items but closes at 10:30pm which isn't great for an airport hotel, especially one which claims to have 24hr dining! Everything else is a bit tatty- most of the signage is still left over from the Travelodge days and room information is provided in the form of scruffy bits of paper. Overall, not a great place to stay and with so much choice on Bath Road, I shan't be back.
