Dalat, beautiful, lovely countryside, cooler weather compared to most of Vietnam. Only thing I didn’t like was trying to cross a road. I have been to Hanoi (a few years ago) but Dalat was so much more difficult to cross roads, not because of scooters and bikes (they just go round you) but there were a lot of trucks delivering farm produce who wouldn’t stop for anyone. I was nearly run over by a truck who just wasn’t going to even slow down.i would only go back if I stayed near the market so I only had one road to cross to walk round the lake.

The place is serene and wonderful. The breakfast is definitely worth it with so many delicious food options. Everyone that we've encountered were great and ensured we were comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay once again at Mecure Dalat Resort. Our 3-4th time staying here over the last couple years. This time was a 2-night stay in the family premium room. Unfortunately, this time we did not receive the sofa in our room as we had previously, which does not make it as comfortable for a family to enjoy seating. Assumed this was the reason for the extra cost for the premium room versus the deluxe room. Mentioned at check-out and didn't seem too concerned. My son enjoys the bunk beds and is a nice feature. Bathroom is nice. This time we had an early flight and when trying to take a shower prior to 5:30 am there was no hot water. Not sure when the hot water is turned on. Mentioned this to the front desk at check-out and they didn't know and didn't seem too concerned. "Buggies" service is nice and convenient or getting around the resort. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Pool was "open" this time but did not use. Convenient location with easy access to taxi's in front and "grab". Have eaten the breakfast and it has a great selection of many types of cuisines. Can get busy at times. Indoor/outdoor seating available. They were very nice to help celebrate my son's birthday by providing a birthday cake in our room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds, pillows, etc are very good. Another pleasant stay, minus the issues with no sofa and hot water.

My recent staycation at Mercure Dalat Resort was a wonderful experience, blending luxury with the city's signature cool climate and stunning landscape. ​I was immediately impressed by the genuine enthusiasm and warm greetings from the Front Office (FO) and Food & Beverage (FB) attendants. Their service truly set a welcoming tone. The resort's landscape and room amenities are absolutely gorgeous—luxurious, adorable, and truly soul-healing. ​The breakfast buffet itself was fine, but I must note that the attitude of the chef on duty was disappointing. For a resort of this quality, I recommend the restaurant provide additional behavior and service courses to ensure all staff interactions reflect the resort's high standard of hospitality. ​Overall, a truly beautiful and rejuvenating trip!
