Mercure Dalat Resort

We had a good experiences at Mercure Da Lat on Nov 2022. The staffs is very nice, kind & friendly, specially Mr. Hung at Front Desk. He and his teams take care of us during stay. They arranged a good room for us (#623) with nice amenities set up. We will recommend this hotel to our friends & family. I will choose Mercure Da Lat again whenever we visit Da Lat city. The resort is very beautiful and charming hotel which designed in the old French architectural style. this hotel is managed by Accor hotels. I am grateful to the entire hotel team for the warm welcome and the extraordinary service to my family recently. You all went above and beyond to ensure my family and as comfortable and well cared. Special thanks to Mr Frank Weiss - General Manager, Mr Patrick Berry - Executtive Assistant Manager, Mr Hieu Tran - Reservation Manager, Mr Duc Phan - Front Office Manager, Ms Hao Nguyen - S&M Manager, Ms My - S&M, Mr Huy - Waiter in the Deux Amants Restaurant and also big thanks to Chef Andy for bringing us delightful culinary experiences during our stay. As such, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful resort to my friends and colleagues whenever I have the opportunity to. Thank you once again.

The best stay I ever had. I was very impressed by how beautiful and cozy Mercure hotel was. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Duc and Van. They always go out of their way to assist us. The room is very spacious with modern amenities. The location and the view was spectaculars. Highly recommend and I would definitely come back.

We stayed at this new and modern hotel/resort for 4 nights and it didn't disappoint. We had a very large room on the third floor. The hotel is situated a short taxi ride or longer walk from the town and lake and as so, is nice and quiet. The weather was not to good for a lot of the time so we took advantage of the superb cocktail bar and restaurant. All the staff were excellent with their friendliness, work ethics and attitude and especially Cheney who works in the restaurant (think I have got the correct spelling) who has to be the best we have ever meet on all our travels. On his day off, he came to say goodbye and presented us with two good luck money wallets for the Vietnamese New Year and plenty of hugs. A special mention has to go to Patrick as well who is the assistant manager and was a pleasure to meet. This is a lovely well run hotel by staff who are proud to work there. Would definitely recommend.
