Dalat, beautiful, lovely countryside, cooler weather compared to most of Vietnam. Only thing I didn’t like was trying to cross a road. I have been to Hanoi (a few years ago) but Dalat was so much more difficult to cross roads, not because of scooters and bikes (they just go round you) but there were a lot of trucks delivering farm produce who wouldn’t stop for anyone. I was nearly run over by a truck who just wasn’t going to even slow down.i would only go back if I stayed near the market so I only had one road to cross to walk round the lake.

호텔 외관과 내부 그리고 정원까지 아름답게 꾸며져 있는 곳입니다. 5성급에 걸맞는 시설이였으나 아쉬웠던것은 직원들의 친절도입니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 호텔에서 만나게 되는 대부분의 직원들이 무뚝뚝한 표정과 딥변으로 응대하셨습니다. 불친절하다는건 아니지만, 친절한 서비스에 대해 더 노력해야 할 필요가 있다고 보여지고, 조금 더 다정하게 손님을 맞이하고 응대한다면 이곳이 더 특별해질거라고 생각합니다. 저는 달랏의 다른 숙박시설들에도 묵었으나 (그중 머큐어가 가장 비싸고 좋은곳) 이곳 에서 느낀 직원들의 응대가 다른 숙박 경험들과 대비되었습니다. 머큐어라는 브랜드의 명성과 5성급 가치에 부응하기 위해서는 아름다운 호텔에 맞는 직원분들의 친절함이 필요하다고 말씀드리고 싶습니다. 유일하게 미소지으며 먼저 친절하게 인사하고 서빙해준 조식 식당의 웨이트레스 NAM 을 칭찬해드리고 싶습니다. Enjoyed our stay once again at Mecure Dalat Resort. Our 3-4th time staying here over the last couple years. This time was a 2-night stay in the family premium room. Unfortunately, this time we did not receive the sofa in our room as we had previously, which does not make it as comfortable for a family to enjoy seating. Assumed this was the reason for the extra cost for the premium room versus the deluxe room. Mentioned at check-out and didn't seem too concerned. My son enjoys the bunk beds and is a nice feature. Bathroom is nice. This time we had an early flight and when trying to take a shower prior to 5:30 am there was no hot water. Not sure when the hot water is turned on. Mentioned this to the front desk at check-out and they didn't know and didn't seem too concerned. "Buggies" service is nice and convenient or getting around the resort. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Pool was "open" this time but did not use. Convenient location with easy access to taxi's in front and "grab". Have eaten the breakfast and it has a great selection of many types of cuisines. Can get busy at times. Indoor/outdoor seating available. They were very nice to help celebrate my son's birthday by providing a birthday cake in our room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds, pillows, etc are very good. Another pleasant stay, minus the issues with no sofa and hot water.
