An attractive shiny clean hotel with a very friendly and welcoming aura.The team who is working there is the most welcoming, warm and friendly! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Very close to the beach - 3 or 4 minutes walk. Comfy beds. Very good air-conditioner. Cousy balconies where you can spend some time with your friends..Highly recommended!

I really want to recommend this hotel to everyone especially adults that search for a relaxing quiet and amazing hotel. The food is amazing starting with the breakfast and closing with the dinner. They have diversified food that are extremely delicious (also for vegans vegetarians and kids), also everything is perfectly clean,the swimming pool area very well maintained they offer you sunbed towels. Extremely beautiful on the terrace . The personal very friendly welcoming and nice. The bathrooms were so futuristic and elegant . We will definitely come back next year again.

La Bulgaria forse non è meta prediletta dagli Italiani; ancora poco conosciuta e pubblicizzata. Noi abbiamo scelto un soggiorno mare a Varna, dopo un tour della Romania, perché più economica rispetto alle spiagge della Romania, e perché qui, la presenza di un hotel Accor, almeno teoricamente, offriva delle garanzie. Prima di elogiare l'hotel però, volevo precisare che Golden Sands è una zona molto turistica, affollata e adatta a famiglie con bambini; più cara e meno tipica rispetto a Varna; l'impressione era di essere a Rimini. Noi a Varna, una sera ci siamo stati, e con il senno di poi, Ibis a parte, l'avremmo preferita. L'Ibis Styles Golden Sands è un hotel dalle dimensioni contenute (circa 100 camere), posizionato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di fine sabbia dorata. La spiaggia, dove a lidi gestiti autonomamente si alternano spiagge libere, non è curatissima, e i prezzi di un ombrellone e due sdraio, a estate 2023, pur essendo concorrenziali rispetto all'Italia, erano, per le ragioni già ipotizzate, più alti di quanto lo fossero a Varna. L'Hotel dispone però di una capiente piscina, allestita con ombrelloni e sdraio, con altezza massima di mt 1.40, sempre presidiata da un bagnino non invadente, pronto però a far rispettare poche regole che consentano a tutti di usufruirne in modo ottimale. La pulizia in tutta la struttura è ottima e tutte le camere sono di identica dimensione e allestimento; forse più confortevoli, per questione di vista, quelle lato piscina , escluse quelle a piano terra, dove la visuale è ostruita da un'alta siepe posizionata a garantire la privacy. Il personale è disponibile e sorridente, anche se, unica nota dolente, poco professionale sembra essere quello di sala, dove vengono servite a buffet, se opzionate, colazione e cena; più volte abbiamo dovuto far notare che mancavano a volte i piatti, altre il pane o le posate e spesso, alzatisi per tornare al buffet, tornati al tavolo, lo trovavamo sparecchiato pur essendo evidente che il tavolo non poteva considerarsi liberato in quanto, a scanso di equivoci, sullo stesso venivano lasciati effetti personali. Comunque, se la colazione, ovviamente, è ripetitiva, per sette sere la cena ha proposto, pochi piatti è vero, ma sempre diversi e comunque gradevoli; peccato che proprio a cena, solo i distributori di acqua siano accessibili, mentre quello dei succhi o delle bevande calde vengano spenti.

everything was okay but we had bed bugs in our bed and now we have masses of bites, for such a hotel it is unacceptable and indicative of a poor cleaning team at the hotel, i would choose another hotel next time. the hotel manager should select the right staff to ensure the comfort of the guests and the rooms

Gebucht wurde bereits vor 3 Wochen das Ibis Styles Golden Sands Roomer Hotel, Varna (Goldstrand Bulgarien), fuer 2 Naechte, 11.-13.09.2021. Heute um 15:10 Uhr kommentarlos eine Stornierung meiner Reservierung im eMail-Postfach gehabt. Kein Anruf oder sonstige Form der Kontaktaufnahme (Ich bin seit Jahren Accor Status Mitglied) Die Vorauszahlung von 2.000 Accorpunkten wurde bereits auf meinen Account rueckerstattet . Das Hotel scheint anscheinend an diesem Wochenende recht voll zu sein, Buchung nur noch fuer Status-Mitglieder moeglich. Vermutlich ist daher mit anderern Kunden mehr Profit zu machen.... Ich kann daher jedem Interessenten nur anraten, auf eine etwaige Stornierung einerbereits angezahlten Reservierung vorbereitet zu sein.
