Early closure, but management took great care of me!

I was booked as a ALL Platinum end of September. I'm not a big fan of the all-inclusive places you find around here, but my trip was just to come to play some golf. Sadly, received an email 2 weeks ahead of my stay the they were closing earlier and they couldn't host me. Nikolai took great care of doing everything possible to please me in relocating me and yes, to a more luxurious and expensive property at their own cost. I know the Ibis Styles is a new property. And sadly, I couldn't experience it. But the way management took care of the issue and treated me like royalty make me want to thanks them for everything they did.

Gebucht wurde bereits vor 3 Wochen das Ibis Styles Golden Sands Roomer Hotel, Varna (Goldstrand Bulgarien), fuer 2 Naechte, 11.-13.09.2021. Heute um 15:10 Uhr kommentarlos eine Stornierung meiner Reservierung im eMail-Postfach gehabt. Kein Anruf oder sonstige Form der Kontaktaufnahme (Ich bin seit Jahren Accor Status Mitglied) Die Vorauszahlung von 2.000 Accorpunkten wurde bereits auf meinen Account rueckerstattet . Das Hotel scheint anscheinend an diesem Wochenende recht voll zu sein, Buchung nur noch fuer Status-Mitglieder moeglich. Vermutlich ist daher mit anderern Kunden mehr Profit zu machen.... Ich kann daher jedem Interessenten nur anraten, auf eine etwaige Stornierung einerbereits angezahlten Reservierung vorbereitet zu sein.

Sehr geehrter Herr, Aufgrund der Epidemie-Situation wird das Hotel leider nicht für den von Ihnen gewünschten Zeitraum geöffnet sein. Dies ist nicht unsere Schuld. Aus diesem Grund ist der Grund für die Stornierung Ihrer Reservierung nicht eine Überbuchung, sondern eine Schließung. Du bist immer willkommen! Gesund sein! New hotel, perfect location

Nice new hotel about 300 meters from Golden Sand beach. The most postive assets are their staff members, specially the ladies at the reception desk, which were very helpful, friendly and customer service orientated. Rooms were large with balcony, A/C did work properly. Breakfast however was regular, they could vary the dishes from time to time.

Renovated IKEA style hotel

Hotel was renovated recently, so the rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the hotel is located near party area, so there was very loud at night, but otherwise it is close to the beach. You can get a dinner for 20 BGN per person.

Golden Sands resort is a place for rest and entertainment. It is true that at the height of peak season all hotels are full and the party continues until the morning. It does not depend on the hotel. On the other hand, we are located in the central part and near the beach. I believe that you had a good time with us and I will see you next summer! Best regards,

I am happily amazed by the hotel and the staff. Beginning with the reception, the housekeeping, the restaurant. Everything was perfect. Thank you for the great holiday. If you want to have a 5 star service, and have a great time I definitely recommend the hotel!
