Booked the hotel as we were travelling back to England from South off France on arriving found car park was to small for my vehicle and the pool was closed even though it was 25 degrees and the view from my bedroom window was a traveller's in campment when I decided I was not going to stay the manager became very rude and abropt telling me he would only refund some off the money which he still hasn't and trying to get hold off the hotel or anybody is quite impossible I feel well and truly robbed

Great stay at this hotel, great, helpful staff, nice chilled stay. Not the most scenic location but the port area is a short walk away. Good breakfast with a wide range of produce. The whole stay was Great value for money. Wild go back again!!!

We were totally blown away by our stay here. Having booked an Ibis budget we didn’t have huge expectations but wow.The hotel is immaculate, colourful, fun. Games all over receptions area for youngsters to play with, a pool, lovely friendly helpful staff. It was just fab. The addition of a secure car park was great too. The cost of the car park for 24 hours was standard to what we experienced in many other cities throughout our tour so we didn’t think it over expensive. Fabulous stay! Thank you.

No frills hotel, clean, comfortable, breakfast good. Security good as room key card had to be used for the lift and access to the stairs. Only downside being parking which, although conveniently located, was expensive, even in mid-season, make sure you read the details in the hotel information . Easy walk to the port area and restaurants, good place for an overnight stay.

The room was basic but very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great it has everything you need. Chic vibe and atmosphere. The lounge area has eclectic vibe. Lots of room to seat around and enjoy the games with friends. Safe parking for your car. 1.5 mile from the port of La Rochelle , very convenient. Very chic atmosphere. Very quiet. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. There’s a pool but we didn’t use it because it was cold during our visit. Love our stay.
