The Tierra Sante Spa sponsored a group of Tibetan Monks I was hosting here in Miami to come create a sacred sand mandala at the Forum. They were wonderful to us. Agustina, who runs the spa is an amazing person. She gave us Alejandra Arias, her Events Coordinator to take care of us during the week. She was so warm and wonderful, completely understood the immensity of what was happening and took care of our every need. Thank you, Faena, and thank you Agustina and Alejandra! 🙏🙏🙏

Best weekend getaway! We live in Miami and wanted a staycation…we booked a suite and we loved ever detail about the room . Very very clean very elegant amenities ! We have two service dogs and we got very nice doggie amenities. Our butlers William and Henry were very sweet and checked on us . Our housekeeper also very very professional and friendly ! Restaurants amazing and also the beach staff ! Lastly shout out to our Rose 🌹 team we absolutely love all of them .

There is no place like FAENA. This is the second time I’ve stayed here for work and as usual everything was immaculate — from the incredible and friendly doormen to the subtle fragrance in the rooms. The pool feels private with its palms, the beach feels luxurious with its smoothies, the room service options always seem endless and deliver the highest quality. Even the smaller rooms never feel crammed and hold the same standard of attention and detail that the larger rooms do. While I wouldn’t necessarily call this a family-oriented hotel, every person we interacted with made this trip special for myself and for the children I nanny. We cannot wait for our next trip! Thank you FAENA!

Keith at the beach club and Heiron at the bar were two of the most hospitable and entertaining and welcoming people at the resort. Definitely ask for either of them if you come to the beach club or living room bar. Both individuals definitely deserve a promotion for their experience and lavish hospitality 💯

Always a great experience at Faena. The service and overall vibe is always impeccable. The rooms are fun and eclectic and the restaurants and bars, lounges and clubs are great. You really never need to leave the hotel. Keith at the beach went above and beyond in terms of service. This is the only place to stay in Miami Beach!
