The hotel is excellent, and the staff were super friendly! Specially Luis at the door, very helpful and professional. There are several nice areas to see, and the beach access is very practical. The only thing I think could be improved is the size of the beds in the junior suites, they are quite small.

Luis, the doorman, is the sweetest and kindest person here. He is the perfect representation of a wonderful hotel with superb customer service. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Luis greeted us and helped us leave the hotel with the same. Excellent customer service that he helped us when we arrived. We look forward to seeing Luis again! We love you, Luis!!

We have stayed at the Faena numerous times and love it!! This time stayed on the suite-level floor and had Vietnam as our butler, who was absolutely amazing!! We are here for a birthday and it has been wonderful- will definitely continue coming back!!!

The show was a spectacular feast for the senses! The beauty of the space sets the atmosphere from the moment you walk in, but it is the artistry of these accomplished performers that makes the show truly spellbinding. The Flamenco dancer and guitarist were a particular highlight.

Love this hotel. Staff is fantastic, great food and views. Luis at the front door was awesome! The design is both luxurious and classy. Loved being close to the beach as well. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars down the south beach walk. Will definitely come here again!
