Horrible hotel. Dirty, swimming pool cold, staff unfriendly and super expensive. It’s just amazing how terrible a hotel can be. We got a “family room”. Basically it was two single beds for 4 people. We rebooking to an interconnected on the spot they charged triple the price. Nice after you just travelled around the world. We really got screwed by these guys. The rooms were dirty and old, the view was absolutely bad and the beds were horrible. And then there was the bar. Prices are high but what is amazing is the staff. How unfriendly can the waiters be? We travel the world and see many hotels but WOW what an unfriendly staff. You are forced to give them 18% tip but they don’t even deserve 1%

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and super comfortable. All the amenities were available and the room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the food at the bar was amazing too. The location is excellent—10 out of 10. But the highlight of our stay was the outstanding service from Mr. Andree. He gave us a true 5-star experience.

During my stay at the hotel, I had an issue with my reservation, and Mr. Andres and Andree were extremely professional and made sure my problem was resolved before I left the front desk. Previously, I did not receive the same level of service. Congratulations to both of these excellent professionals.

Although we regret any inconvenience during your time with us, we're glad that our remarkable team members were able to assist you promptly. I stayed at the hotel for a family event wonderful experience with excellent service and had a great experience. The service and attention from Mr. Andree Lopez were excellent—he was incredibly attentive and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean, and the view of the lake was just amazing. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. I would definitely come back!

Room was clean, comfortable and had a view of the pool and water. Stayed one night before heading out for a cruise. The shuttle service was efficient and driver was courteous. Everyone single one of the staff members were amazingly attentive. The restaurant staff was wonderful. From Michael the host to the waiter Mr. M and the staff refilling the buffet items. They were patient and treated everyone with Grace and Respect. I booked another night for a return stay.
