I am truly sorry to hear that your experience at Rixos Water World Aktau did not meet the high standards we aim to provide to our guests. I completely understand your frustration, and I deeply regret that you encountered such challenges during your stay with us. Customer service excellence is a core value for us, and it is disheartening to know that we did not meet your expectations in this area.
