I am truly sorry to hear that your experience at Rixos Water World Aktau did not meet the high standards we aim to provide to our guests. I completely understand your frustration, and I deeply regret that you encountered such challenges during your stay with us. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the entire team for their behavior. I will personally address this with our staff to ensure this does not happen again. Customer service excellence is a core value for us, and it is disheartening to know that we did not meet your expectations in this area. We hold cleanliness and attention to detail in the highest regard, and I regret that we fell short in this area. I will also personally follow up with our culinary team to ensure that the quality and presentation of our meals are improved. We also regret that the gesture of compensation with the bottle of rosé wine and fruits did not meet your expectations. While we always aim to offer a sincere apology when concerns arise, I understand that the compensation provided did not sufficiently address the issues you faced. I assure you, this will be taken into consideration for future guest recovery efforts. I truly appreciate your patience in bringing these matters to our attention, and please know that your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments.
